I'd go with a screen that represents the main focus of the game. If it's a game where everyone or mostly everyone ends up dead/maimed/insane to cosmic horror, go with the new screen. If it's mainly about the MC and having sexy times with the ladies, I'd prefer a screen that focuses on that.

I agree, or go with a dynamic screen, like start with a sexy screen and change it to a scary screen after a scary scene happens in the game

I agree with this aswell...

mibc9394 Outright showing that screen might throw and turnoff alot of people but maybe as they get into it and get to know the characters, stories and whole game maybe you can show this screen later on.

But I think more important thing here would be to give fair warning to users that what they are getting into as they start the game and what might they encounter because not everyone can digest this/these things and might give negative reviews that but didn't signup for this and all.

And ofcourse you can decide how to go with this, if its like 80-90% focus is MC fucking pretty ladies and 10-20% of the other things then I would say don't show this start screen at all just show warnings that some content will be in the game like that. But if later part's percentage is more than maybe you can try with that screen but you will have to take risk and see how the response is.
