How do you activate the NTR in the game?

There is nothing to activate, at very start of game, your girlfriend cheats on you with BBC.

Is the NTR content decent?

Not sure what you consider decent, but if you are looking for NTR, this is not game for you. There is a scene I referred to, and that would be all of NTR. There is also possibility where one of LIs becomes hooker, but it's when MC rejects her, and doesn't save her. I don't think this really fits as NTR, but either way it's not a lot of content.

Fights are borked! After install of 0.97, maze needed gems again. Now when garden fight comes up guy won't leave after defeating him

Lots of bugs when loading old saves. Restart will clear up supermarket issues. Shortcuts advancing game too fast can break links tho = gonna wait for next update of hotfix

The problem with the supermarket has been fixed, but now you can't increase Sara Love. Is that also a bug? It always stays at 0
