Wolf RPG - Completed - The Misty Ruins and The Lone Swordsman [v1.06] [tada no deko]

This are one of the few NTR focused games where you can enjoy the 90% of the content and still possibly get the happy ending (where you can still marry and enjoy your future together alone for the two of you)

And thats what I did. As long as you dont maxed out a path you can still get it. This and the writing of the scenes and personality of the MC is honestly refreshing along with an awesome Art that I love so much.

Only cons I can name is gameplay and gets boring, which can easily be solved by fast forwarding mechanics but aside from that I like it since it incentivizes you to get the scenes too which H games VERY RARELY incorporate and this game does it beautifully instead of just gallery walking sim and for that I dont really mind the con.

Of course to each their own, but all Im saying is I really enjoyed the game even at its lowest ^_^

This game is crazy good, the only bad reviews are people who are complaining about difficulty, which is okay since you can turn off the game if it gets too hard, and also complaining about avoidable ntr. The game is a very good NTR game but it doesn't ever really build on the MC seeing the FMC get fucked.

The AI translated dialogue ain't doing this game any favors, as I'm pretty sure I missed some key information here and there. All I ended up with was the chick you run away with, after being attacked by hungry hungry demons, is the holy sword saint hero or something? But her level has been curbstopped into oblivion, so she has to train back up. You lend her your land to do this, upgrading it to assist in her progress, share your home with her, and bond with her zero emotion ass.

Along the way the corrupt knights keep trying to off her, the demons keep multiplying, and everyone and their grandpa is trying to get under her skirt. Send her to train with a wizened adventurer for bonus points? She'll be gobbling his nuts eventually. Visit a friendly goblin den for dinner? She'll be the centerpiece in their after meal gangbang. Leave her with a strange doctor to help cure her curse? He'll also help cure her not-pregnant status as well. There's a myriad of options open to the player, just known there are multiple endings to unlock.

I myself got the whore-wife ending, the luckless savior gets married to the cold fish woman, only to find out she's become the town bicycle for an ogre, goblins, the barkeeper, the doctor, and more. But hey, at least she loves him, right?

Yeah, I personally found I liked one of the side quests more. The blacksmith. You keep providing him materials to upgrade gear, and because of the dust he inhales, his labido returns in a major way. But it is not directed at the hero, but instead his son's wife, who works and lives with him while her husband is away. Slowly gaining her affection, turning her into his cock cozy behind her husband's back. That was hot. Something about helping, indirectly, turn the nice old man into a horny toad for an entirely different woman was great. Wish more NTR RPG games did this.

This game is right of my type

Gameplay:
You have to beat enemies to level up stats and training at home. Do all the quest and talk to NPCs to progress story. Even though I picked easy mode the way this game scale up difficulty is quite steep. Upgrade at soon at possible is recommended. UI design is bad but manageable.

H-scene:
A lot of them, MC is thick and the angle in H-scene is really good with bunch of fetishes in this game. The corruption elements progress quite fast but the way it portrait is acceptable. A lot of emotion expression from MC make H-scene is really good.

Story:
Quite simple, easy to understand what to do. Plot is ok, suitable for H-game. Translate is understandable.

What I love is MC design and how she react to things in H-scene.

The difficulty spikes of the mandatory story missions make this an overall unenjoyable experience. You really can't do anything but optimize your combat skills if you want to survive them, which defeats the purpose of an NTR game like this.

The art is ok, but not plentiful and the story barely serviceable. Try it if you like the challenge, but don't expect much from the game.

The recollection room can be unlocked anytime.

First off, and most importantly; This game's content is 95% NTR. That's it. While NTR is *technically* avoidable, it means you're left with a measly 5% content that is basically the same scene with progression. That's my biggest issue with this game. There is no alternate route, there are no extra scenes for managing to keep the girl 'pure' from beginning to end, and worst of all; Even if you get the 'Happy Ending' where you marry her with no cucking, you do NOT even get a single sex scene. Extremely disappointing.

That being said, let's objectively cover the pros and cons. I'll try not to let my bias show in this regard.

Pros:
1) Artwork is great. Censored, which is a shame, but great. Quite sexy, even with the accursed mosaics.
2) Combat is simple to understand, only having minimal tactical planning. Progression and attribute training is also fairly straightforward.
3) Music is alright.
4) Story arc is satisfying, basic but perfectly fine. The MTL did wonders for this game compared to many others before it.

Cons:
1) Fugly UI.
2) Your character has a heart of gold, but the game never rewards you for it. I think the dev actively hates you if you choose not to engage in NTR.
3) Combat difficulty spikes will throw you off guard. Story battles can be surprisingly tough if you're not already prepared and aware of what to do. May cause softlocks.
4) No voice acting.
5) The gold required to obtain and fully upgrade everything scales to levels of absurdity. The grind is not only problematic since you have a limited number of days, but the scaling for how much things costs at higher levels is bullshit.
6) Game is buggy(?). You have to press 'A' to hide textboxes, but when you do, the image freezes on screen and cannot progress til you press A again. If you do not press A and continue to skip dialogue, everything continues in the background. Not sure if bad programming or just engine issue.

Overall, game is serviceable. But the premise that NTR is 'avoidable' is rather misleading, as you receive absolutely nothing for your trouble. You are forced to play only one route, if you want to get your rocks off. Don't get me wrong, this is an NTR game so it makes sense that most of the content would be focused on that. But it seems like a pointless decision to provide players the option of not engaging in it, only to punish them by not giving them anything at all.

Avoidable NTR is a bit misleading, as 98% of CG in this game is NTR. So technically you could do a non-ntr run, it's just that there won't be much of any H-content.

Now for the NTR itself, there's multiple character you can pursue NTR with and there's pretty good build up for all the characters. But there's no definitive NTR ending with any character (besides one).

Other than that. MC only gets to see her panties while eating dinner, as she gets more corrupted she stops wearing one, and flashes mc & that's it. That's all the H-content for MC and 1 sex scene with MC but that 's in a NTR route where MC gets to have sex once, before she becomes slave to some other dude.

As for the gameplay, I personally didn't like it. It's a automatic combat style gameplay where you only control her healing via items. I would recommend ditching the combat all together by setting it to "Skip" in game settings.

With all that being said the reason I gave it a 3/5 is because it lacks any definitive NTR corruption ending with any character, poor & grindy gameplay and repetitive use of CGs. I would personally recommend just looking at all the CGs from the main menu and be done with it.
