TL;DR: Game is great, actually good story, great scenes, good variety of fetishes. Easy gameplay.

First review I'm writing, since the game was great.

H-content: 5/5
Great art, very large variety of fetishes (Most of the game is non-con or other fetishes. Large amount of scenes. Beating a story chapter allows you to unlock all of it's H scenes for very cheap. If you lose and get an H-scene during a story chapter, it usually teleports you to just before the scene, so no time wasted. If you're concerned about the guro, it's pretty soft - No deaths/hard guro during H scenes, only here and there during story (Pixel art of NPCs dying, or character art getting injured).

I usually skip story, but the story in this game was great. Pretty intriguing, comedic moments, fun characters. Well spaced and the text amount isn't overdone IMO. Good amount of content, and the game also doesn't overstay its welcome. The story translation is well-done, IMO.

Gameplay: 2-3/5
is turn based RPGM, but most fights are scripted story fights (which usually have a loss H scene - and if they don't, the game tells you, which is nice). Most of the actual gameplay is running away during chase scenes. You fight when you get caught, but after the first chapter, you can end the fight in your first turn with items. Other than that, you're usually just finding where you're supposed to go, doing easy puzzles, or doing story-related mini-games here and there. Even though there's barely any real intriguing gameplay, I'm rating it above a 1 due to decent quality of life, zero grind related to combat, and it being easy. There are collectibles that add H content and story to the game, but there is a QoL item that makes them glow, or you could get a save file.


Only flaws I can point out is smaller budget - game isn't voiced (except for moans), animations are nice, but are usually just going through 2-3 frames. Some losses will respawn you before the cutscene, so you have to go through it again. There is a fast forward (Q) , but it only skips text - not animations, so skipping is slower than it could be. I had some bugs here and there, like the game freezing, or fading to black for an H scene and freezing. I had to restart, but the game has very frequent save spots, so I never lost more than a minute of progress.

Weird but fascinating.

A really creative RPGm game with a focus on horror and the grotesque while still maintaining it's pretty visuals, I don't know what more to say about this game other than it is fantastic and one of the best RPGm eroges I've played until now.

To be as TL;DR as I can with my overall view on this game as alot of the other reviews have hit the same notes I agree on, this game for me was a case of "Came for the tags; stayed for the wild as fuck ride that is the game's story." Lots of fun characters with some good depth to their personalities; an interesting setting with plenty of world building to generate enough intrigue to want to learn more, along with a good amount of H-scenes with a very nice artstyle and character designs.

All in all, a very fun game that as far as improvements I could suggest go, it would simply boil down to just wanting to see more of the characters in this games setting. Time was very much well spent

honestly a pretty heartwarming game for all the doom and gloom it delves into.

I loved most of the characters to bits, the game managed to fit their respective stories into a condensed yet well executed format, making sure to give plenty of interactions across one another throughout the somewhat short ~12h runtime for 100%

The game definitely plays a lot more like a visual novel though, but that doesn't take away how much I actually enjoyed the gameplay of MHS since the exploration / map design was very well handled, I was never was at a point in my re-runs where I felt having to redo gameplay content dragged the experience down

overall it's definitely worth checking out, had a good time

Wonderful fucking game. One of the best RPGMaker games I've ever played, with a lot of gameplay variety, story intrigue, and interesting content to boot. Like- a lot of the fetish stuff in here I wasn't even into, but I was admiring it like a Shinya Tsukamoto film. Just so many cool ideas going on at once you gotta respect it.

I have a lot of fun playing this game, even with all the horrendous things happening to the characters, it's all soo unbelievable that for me ended up being funny...

But for the game rating:
Gameplay is 3/5: Rpg maker games are very simple mechanic wise, but this game have his own unique ways of twisting the toll.
Story is 5/5: This game is The Monstrous HORROR Show, if you want a nice story where all characters live happy and nothing bad happen, you better probably leave, now we have a lot of lore in this game, one of the things I did in this game was discover the lore and secrets, this game have multiple ends, so you can choose your story... The ending of it a least.
Art and animation 3/5: It's nice art, with little to no animation, the most frames a scene have is 5, but we have a lot of scenes, your preference.

This game is very unique, the characters are charming and the development during the game made me care about them, play with a grain of salt, really bad things will happen, but if you keep going, you will be rewarded

Played this game around a year ago. Had ideas to write a review but never got to it until now. This is completely based off of what I remember from the game.

Gameplay: 2/5
This is one of those RPGM games where it's actually just a VN. The monster is easy to escape and the battles are essentially just puzzles. There are items you have to collect for the endings, and the method to finding those items boil down to interacting with everything you see in classic RPGM fashion which isn't very fun.

Writing: 4/5
The game starts off like a horror game and tries to get you in the mood of a horror game, but you'll soon learn that this game is far from that. In contrary, this game is actually a comedy. There are some serious moments at times, but it's usually light-hearted and pretty funny. Unfortunately, this also leads to some tonal whiplash when a character tries to make a joke during a serious moment but the joke just ends up falling flat.

Art's great and there's a wide variety of fetishes. Personally not a fan of the teacher's CGs.

Overall: 4/5
If you're looking for something entertaining to read or some quality fap material, this game is great. On the other hand, if you're looking for actual gameplay then you're better off passing on this.

This game is deceptive. At first, you think it's some sort of horror story with gruesome element. But contrary to what you might expect, in the end it's very funny and heartwarming and you keep playing for the story and the characters.

The gameplay is pretty good. It's like a survival horror but in 2D. Basically you search for key items, run and hide from the monsters. You have also classic RPMG fight and minigames. Very creative, good writing and well executed. 5/5.

Peak characters and peak story.
All the characters are charming and super funny, I love all 6 of the main characters. The story is interesting and can get some surprisingly hype moments like you're watching an episode of Naruto/DBZ. The art is great especially the charming pixel animations.

It's a good game with a great atmosphere and a nice story. I wouldn't say it's too long, it takes a few hours, but it's pretty fun. I've always found these types of games fun, so 5 stars.

The story, as I said, is absolutely beautiful. It's not spectacular or flawless, but it's certainly adequate for an RPGM game. There are even nice plot twists in a few places. You can feel sorry for the characters in some parts and laugh in others. Each character has a different personality, you feel it. Which is important to have in games like this.

The scenes and art are hot. The dialogues during the scenes are on point and well written. We have characters of all body types, which is a great thing. There is a disturbing scene though. Not because it contains loli (loli art doesn't bother me) but the situation described is really disturbing. If you want to know what happened, read the spoiler of the review below. It didn't spoil my gaming experience, but it might for some. Consider this before playing.

Gameplay is nice. It has nice, easy and relatively minimal combat. It has a run-and-hide mechanic. Apart from that, you need to go to the right place and find the right items. Towards the end of the game, there was also an Undertale-like combat in which we played with Ikuha. That was truly good.

So, if you want to play a game that is both silly and spooky and has hot scenes, I definitely recommend it.

I have mixed feelings about this game. On one hand, it's a very well written horror-comedy! It has some very good comedic timing, and the gameplay isn't too tedious. The atmosphere of the hospital setting is well done, and it has some decent world-building around it.

However, my experience was completely soured by one thing. The main antagonist the typical "looks young but is old" trope which is whatever, it can be ignored for the most part if you're not into it. But what killed my enjoyment is a particular scene in Ikuha (the blonde)'s story.


You're entitled to your own opinion, but it was a deal breaker for me.

Absolutely brilliant! It has very strange balance between horror, humour it hentai. Seems like it's shouldn't work but it does. And despite the absurdity the plot makes perfect sense (Hatsumari fan #2). H-scenes are very good, can be a bit extreme to some, but nothing too out there. Gameplay is a bit lucking, but it's not about that.

And it's finished game! Would absolutely recommend to buy!

A breath of fresh air in the Great RPGM Garbage Patch: a fresh concept, good writing, multiple stories (all linked), and simple, yet entertaining gameplay.

Despite its appearance, the game itself is far from gory or horror-inducing: it's more like an American-style slasher - sure, there will be blood and missing limbs, but they're more likely to give you a good chuckle than a scare.

I'm mostly deducting 1 star because while this game doesn't have any outstanding flaws, I wouldn't put it up there with the truly excellent ones.

Maybe it was the scenario I picked, but I was getting chased by the monster every 2 seconds and barely had time to do anything else besides run and hide once he was active
If you're not into horror rpgm gameplay that involves mostly running, hiding, and clicking on stuff to search, then you will probably be better off using the completed gallery save otherwise the gameplay gets pretty tedious.
The animation is really just the cg shaking aside from some pixel animations so don't go in expecting much on that front

Overall a unique game with interesting characters and art that I felt was held back a bit by the gameplay elements.

The one point reduction is due to the lack of sexual content in True ending and post finished.

Don't let the gore-ish cover fool you. The game is very light on gore (I can count it with one hand) and even in those cases it's "normal" light gore, not "weird sexualized" gore. The fetishes are also on the very light side - aside from the tentacles and futanari (which are all very vanilla), the rest are pretty much standard R18 art.

The best aspect of the game is the writing. 4 heroines all have their distinct personalities. Still friendly reminder that the gyaru actually has the most depressing lore, and I'd argue is even darker than the horro elements much more.

a real great game funny thing is that the game isn't really about gore or horror i mean sure there is blood, amputation and decapitation but its all in good fun its mostly about solving a mystery through different perspectives and its pretty wholesome

as for endings there are multiple some worse than others but the best one was fun

Fantastic little game here. Honestly, went into this thinking the gore would be off-putting but it turned out to be few and far between all of the "shock gore" moments. The scenes themselves are good and very well drawn, though I wish it were animated. The story itself is very interesting and I'd love to see a sequel. Overall, a solid 8 hours spent.

This is a good one. Despite being a lot of things I'm not into (tentacles, body horror, light gore) I still really liked this. The elements I don't care for were far more understated than other horror-themed games, and the story and atmosphere were enough to keep me going all the way through to the end. The gameplay sections have some rough edges, as seems to be the standard for RPGmaker, but I highly recommend.

Love this game. I actually bought it and finished it same day. It won't take too long, and make absolutely sure to try to collect all the memories for the true ending!

You basically play as 4 females who all go to a haunted hospital (Trying not to spoil things, which is kind of strange in a review, but this game is a must play and if it helps get you interested I'll stay secretive xD). You then get chased later on and have epic battles between good and evil! Heroes and Villains!

This game has a lot of dead ends, which usually ends in a sex scene. You can also just unlock every scene from the shopkeep if you don't want to keep dieing.

There's horror, comedy, epic fights, chase scenes, and even options to make all these things easier in the shop you unlock later on.
