That's a hard one for me, i like the "evil" chars more in comics and books.
But if i have chose someone it's Ciri from the Witcher books and Comics
Honerable mentions for Tess Mercer and Galatea.(but these are not really protagonists)

As far as Games go....
That's even harder..
There are so many good female Protagonists for me.
-Elizabeth (bioshock).
-Ellie (Last of us)
-Lara Croft (does not need a introduction)
-Ciri (Witcher)
-Trip (Enslaved)

And there are so many more badass/good female game protagonists..but these are just on the top of my head... But it's impossible for me to chose 1 favorite..

Painkiller Jane.
Belladonna.

Gonna have to give Belladonna the top spot though. Any girl with thighs that could literally crush a mans head is a winner by my books.

Being a gamer i'd have to give a mention to some girls here.

Morrigan from Dragon Age. 2 reasons here, her character is fantastic and she's voiced by Claudia Black who i've had a thing for since I saw her in Farscape.

Not sexy cos she's a kid but one of my favourite characters is Tiny Tina from Borderlands 2. Girls hilarious.
