Seeking The name of this game oO ??

I am looking for a game i played a while ago but i cannot find it anymore, nore do i remember the name.
I just know a few story-facts.
Player was arriving on an island, and takes over his fathers company. there was a ugly fat rival...which burns down the office at some point. also he had 2 sexy secretaries.
And i remember there was a fightclub going on where u could participate.

Does that ring a bell ?

I freaking lost the name and i was so looking forward how this game evolves...

Some of those pieces fit the story of Z-Island. The other things may have been added after my computer quit being able to run it after v0.4.
