VN - Ren'Py - The Naugthy Priest [v0.2] [PhantomaX]

There's just nothing that makes this one even close to a 'recommendation'.

Played it for the first time moments ago, version 0.2. Assuming this was the second version then.
There's plenty of bugs. For me at least, I got to name a woman and a 'young guy'. And also their relationship and age. This is where the incest comes in I assume.
So I let the milf and the young guy have their default name, which is Johanna and Christopher (iirc). Yet, the GAME then goes ahead and call the Johanna character, Christhopher. While the title of her is still Johanna. For example, I literally named her Johanna as that's the default name. She then introduces herself to the MC, the 'naughty priest' as....Christopher. WTF?
Also after the game introduces YOU to Johanna and Christopher, as I said you get to define their relationship (mom/son for example). Then the game confirms this buy saying Christopher is "blank"(because the game ALREADY forgot Johanna's name) mom(!!!) that makes *blank*(should say Johanna here) his mom. So let me get this straight, Johanna's name is forgotten in ONE scene after we gave it to her, the game then says Christopher is Johanna's mom, and ALSO that Johanna is his mom. Whaaaat?

Are you confused? Welcome to this terrible, terrible game lol.

Renders are NOT unique nor pretty. The quality is passable, sure. Models are not any different from what we've seen before. In fact the body shapes of some/all the women are mostly the same, and really weird. Ugly is the word I'll use.
Their hips are weird. Even their p*ssies are all gaping and looking weird.
As the Priest, ie. MC, you can actually SHARE Johanna with her 'son' (or w/e you defined their relationship as), which sort of pays off almost immediately. Christopher finally gets to play with this milf/mom, does he think about trying to bang her? No, just basically hypnotize her, and fingers her. Then talking to himself wondering if she'll enjoy it if he were to FIST her.
Sure, he has his kinks and whatnot. But why isn't literally f-cking her? She's willing, spreading legs, and everything. But his first thought is more or less "wanna fist her". This is your 'mom', and you have the chance to bang her here and now, but you ponder the idea of fisting her instead?

I dunno, the code is extremely bad in this game.
Dialogue is extremely bad.
Characters are..well not extremely bad, but zero attractiveness in any of the females.

Oh, and not just the dialogue, The overall writing is very, VERY bad. There's tons, and toooons of typos and bad english.

There really isn't anything redeeming about this game. It is pure garbage.

For those looking for that 'incest' content. As I said, it's the milf and the young dude living with her, that COULD fill that tag, IF you define them as mom/son that is. Other than that, there's not even a hint of any other incest. The priest doesnt have a family. The nuns are often called sisters, but they're nuns...duuuh. Not actual siblings.


This is my 2nd ever 1-star rating. The previous one was a tough choice, and I felt bad. This game, is EASY to give 1-star to.
Everything is just terrible.

Do yourself a favor, ignore this one, block it, run away, play ANYTHING but this. I would literally recommend jacking off with sandpaper instead of playing this sh-t.


I would try to be positive and say that perhaps things will get better after a few more updates? I very much doubt this sadly. The writing is already showing this will never become a good thing. Sure the dev might fix the code, but that only fixes one of all the other problems. Writing is terrible. Dialogue is bad. Models aren't that pretty.

Again, there really is ZERO reasons to play this garbage.
Only reason I tried it now, was simply because I had nothing better to do. But man do I regret giving this a try.
Now I've managed to play TWO terrible VN's in a row. I need to go play something good next lol.

i've played, easily several hundreds of VNs over the years, so I DO have a certain standard. But I'm also fair. I dont dunk on a game because it has shit I dont like or whatever. This game doesnt have anything I dislike per say, in terms of 'tags', it's just that everything about this game is BAD, terrible. Awful.

Animation: While figures are good the actually animiation needs alot of work, things phase through, or shake, or don't look like any kind of real motion.
Scirpting: Lots of spelling errors, but easily fixable, a good passthrough will make it 10x better
Story: Nothing groundbreaking. They get to the point quickly.

Overall this is a work in progress but I like the premise and that the character gets right to it. Not a fan of sharing so i hope to see less of that. I hope future additions improve as the creator gets better and better

I can see where he is going and I really appreciate the effort.

Cons: some really original plot for a chance, I do like the graphics (but I know its to a person like, but its my opinion anyway), I do like some frash air with the kinks in here.
Cons: for sure it does have some bad spelling (but who I am to tell), some bug interfaces or bad codes like the friend (above/below) said. But to me, its nothing toturn me off.

My review after playing the 1st release:

PRO:
I could only find 1 pro that I myself liked. When the mc is interacting with our women he talks of blessing them with his holy seed and for them to bear our children. Pregnancy is a plus. Would list harem as a plus, but not with the unavoidable NTR

CONS:
Plenty of cons. Grammar is bad. Coding is very bad. Even after choosing Johanna's name, all of a sudden she introduces herself as Catherine to the mc. It is also missing the NTR tag. Even after mc tells Johanna she is only for the Lord (MC), and we choose the no sharing option, we still have her son doing sexual things with her behind our back. Why even give a no sharing option if it doesn't work?? So that nullifies the harem tag. MC also looks to old. Looks like he is 70, not 50's.

Conclusion: if you like NTR, a geriatric mc, and pregnancy, this vn may be for you. If you like harem, pregnancy, but no NTR, don't bother playing.

I had high hopes for this one but it very quickly turned out to be an utter disappointment for this initial release. The story defies historical facts and claims the ten commandments to be an invention of the Roman empire. How deep must one have slept in history class to come up with such an idea - especially since the Romans lives were ruled by many traditions but certainly not the ten commandments. The spelling is very bad, worse than any MTL would generate it. Characters are flat (ofc not in the chest area) and stereotypic, the graphics poorly compiled and rendered without care for realistic details. The initial release already contains a path choice of which some are not available yet. Why you'd do this in an initial release is beyond me. The best thing you can do atm is consider the game a parody and ignore any link to reality and try to enjoy the game despite the questionable CGI art.

Not bad, it's a good idea with a questionable implementation:

The story has a lot of power, and as long as you are not very attached to certain beliefs you will find it entertaining, after all a good game of corruption is always appreciated.

The gameplay complies, after all it is a vn, although it has several bugs, they will surely be resolved over time.
However, the weakest and worst implemented point is the visual aspect, the faces are quite rough, at times the girls look like men or even Shrek's ugliest stepsister.

If you can improve the graphic aspect this could be an excellent game, otherwise... well, there is something for everything but the audience will be small.

Its absurd.
Its fun.
Less common models, which I enjoy.
Looking forward to setting the kid up with his mom; go team.

Some proof reading from a native English speaker would be a nice improvement. I am looking forward to more!
