Unity - The Night Driver [v1.3] [BlackToad]

Incredible game, quite a lot of content 2+ hours but the game is not finished yet, I hope to see this keep growing for a while. It is an interesting top down RPG in a similar style to the game "twelve minutes". The graphics are wonderful, audio really well incorporated which makes the world feel more alive, the porn related images/ animations are drawn and some of the best I have seen - the animations are also very good, different points of animation on the characters and background which is a real nice touch to show movement.

The story/ writing is excellent and there is a nice mix of the story keeping you wanting more and the porn scenes keeping you want to progress. Very well balanced. The story seems fairly linear but there are lots of choices to make, with 3 different stats on each of the characters, love, lust and domination. Each choice feels very satisfying (the dom choices were very very good ; ) ) The characters are very varied, interesting and incredibly sexy, the clothing and again attention to detail is very good.

There is clearly a lot of attention to detail in this game and it really pays off.

Highly recommended game, can't believe the dev is not doing better on Patreon considering how good it is, so will throw my support behind this for a while.

Dude......Amazing. I've played plenty of games even the top ones Being a Dik and City of broken dreamers and stuff like that, never have left a comment or a rating. Everything is outstanding ....... the Art, the storytelling, the sound.... Please don't leave this project in between.

I like the art. I like the writing. I like the story. The animations are good. My problem is that a few chapters in the game turns into one of those where in order to progress you need to run laps around the map talking to every character you've already talked to in order to proceed. Sometimes the missions give you a solid hint on what to do, otherwise you just have to try everyone, which is not a type of gameplay that I enjoy.

A rare Gem, the game is simple to understand, it has a isometric style point and click flavour, but is deeper than many others game i've seen around, characters has been written good enough, rytm is great and immersive. Hope the story will be developed further but so far so good!

SHORT REVIEW: What can I say this game is amazing from the story that kept me absorbed to the sex scenes that were never too far in the story making this a beautifully balanced game.

LONGER IN DEPTH REVIEW:

The art is gorgeous in my opinion and the characters feel real to me making me feel even more invested in a game that already has a good story.

The inner city Gangster , crime ,mystery elements in the story are done well and it can really make the player immersed into the story.

The sex scenes are great especially with the sounds because the voices for moaning actually sound decent so to me it heightened the sexual experience.

If you held a gun to my head and forced me to say something I don't like about this game I would have to say that although the sex scenes are great they can be more fluid meaning smooth and seamless but to be honest it's not a major issue because to me it's fine but could be better.

Another thing I could say is that it's hard finding out what a certain girl likes so that I can trigger more scenes because I missed out because one girl was more into me being dominant then me being loving but it's not a huge problem.

All in all this game deserves 5 stars and I can't wait for the developer to make more content for this game because I personally think this could be top 10 or 5 all time porn games worthy type of game and I hope everyone can try it out or at least give it a chance. Thank you for making this wonderful game and may you be able to continue developing and making this game the best it could possibly be.

This is new territory for me. Personally, I am used to and prefer the Daz3D AVNs, but I must admit, the curvy lady really caught my eye and the story sounded interesting enough for me to take a look and I have to say I'm very pleased that I did.

I don't mind the overhead and I think the Dev cleverly, via the active movement of the characters, does a lot to add a feeling of life to his/her creation.

Characterization is pretty well-rounded and all characters are credible and accessible to our emotional connection to the story. Beyond the noir-ish setting and ambience, the story and circumstances do manage to avoid the more cliched traps in employing this kind of backdrop.

I'm (fortuitously) not a fapper by nature or necessity, so the arousal factor in a sexual encounter doesn't dominate my quest for entertainment in these novels. I think the level of intimacy and eroticism certainly does have a bearing, but not necessarily the physical, positional or anatomical portrayal itself. Sex remains, however, definitely a significant element in the overall pleasure, but is not considered detrimental to my overall level of enjoyment if it doesn't happen to push enough, if any, buttons.

Anyway, I did expect the sex and the animations to be somewhat limited in realism and therefore impact, merely because of the medium being used, but nevertheless it did not disappoint. The girls are curvaceous and sexy and the animations were, to my eyes, perfectly satisfactory.

The plot moves along and there is guidance within to help you keep moving and progressing the story. There's relatively little repetitiveness and I never found myself chin-in-hand, pointing and clicking at the screen.

I applaud and thank BlackToad for the privilege and experience of "The Night Driver". I have clearly, really enjoyed this story so far and I'll certainly be keeping an eye on it with a view to possibly supporting at some future time.

Good Points

+ Our game is sandbox game with Izomethric looking style. Its have lots of cool gameplay feature like creating things etc and its not just basic adult game. I can say its have pretty immersive feeling.

Bad Points
- Sex scene animations needs lots of work. While sex scene renders looks pretty hot i cant say same thing for sex scene animations. They dont have adult game enjoyament you are looking for. Its not someting you can let our some steam.
- Better UI for save screen close looking to Renpy and opening save screen with left mouse and esc would be pretty good.
- Eh... Its not for everyone. The woman you gonna have scenes are most likely gonna be hookers, and even some women you dont wait to do things like that gonna do things you dont like. For example i wasn't waiting to see Anna giving BJ to someone...

For The End
Its not bad game and without ''adult'' part i can say its kind of enjoyable but im rewiewing as a adult game and as a adult game its pretty average... Our DEV need to make far more better sex scene animations with better physics and quality and i hope he will.

Good game with interesting story/gameplay and beautifully-lit 3d environments.
Unfortunately most of the 2D character sprites/artwork look like ugly 50 y/o women to me.
I couldn't enjoy it for that reason and quit after 1-2 hours.

If the women in the promotional screenshots look good to you then you should definitely give it a try though.

A great game with all the elements that one could only wish for. Great erotic moments, action, lots of things you can do yourself. I think the idea of having my own office and building my own empire is too cool ... Since I work on a number of projects myself, I know how much hard work is behind it. Wish the developer the best of luck, you are doing something big here

A refreshing game with a cool art style and great music. I really enjoy the noir atmosphere and the graphic style. It's dark and gritty and I hope that there will be a lot more content added along soon. This game has a lot of potential. The game scenes have actual sound too which is rarely seen in this genre. I'm definitely going to support and to follow the development of this hidden gem.

A noir gangster story, spiced with a lot of sex. The style can be compared to something from Telltale Games, which is excellent when it's good, and really lousy when it's bad. The Night Driver has a good story which requires a lot of work and not least an overview to be able to continue. Yes, there are still flaws and shortcomings, but as the developer continuously improves, one can only hope he / they do not lose interest, because it is one of the best in the adult game genre. Bravo BlackToad, .. and please continue this little masterpiece.

Amazing. I hope you could expand a thousand times this game, with side quests, side chicks, side stuff in general, etc. LOVE your game, the character development and the art. Keep it on. One of the best games o this site, no doubt

Amazing! I highly recommend it! Great smooth gameplay for the type of game that it strives to be, with amazing art + animated sex scenes! You sold me on the art and sound alone, but the story + gameplay is just the perfect addition.
There are minor grammatical errors which will surely be fixed as the game develops, my only real problem would be that the text is sometimes hard to see, I would like to have it highlighted!

I was surprised to find this is an actual, proper game. As in it's not just a porn delivery app. The writing and graphics are top notch compared to 95% of things on this site. The characters feel like actual people, not just 'Ultra Chad' or "dorky virgin' and the women aren't just walking sex vessels. The atmosphere given by the characters and the setting is excellent and really gives a sense of place. It's a proper top down point and click story-driven RPG or adventure game that's telling a story. It just happens to have sex scenes in it.

take the 90's theme with great graphic, there's no doubt, this game is very promising and had a potential, don't forget the devs who are diligent in updating this game, the devs are very serious about developing the game, can't wait for another update and please add this game to the steam, imma gonna buy this game no matter what

Extremely unappreciated masterpiece. It has incredible and realistic art, the atmosphere reminds of Grand Theft Auto Advance, but at the same time it's a fresh experience, we don't have anything like that here.

[0.5] Review, first time playing

A very promising one man project (?!). Art and visuals are 6/5 and I'm not exaggerating. Every character has a very distinctive look, even the minor ones, and I think their roles and characteristics are pretty well established from the beginning. Most importantly the women look gorgeous and there are plenty of animated scenes. It's a nice change that the MC seems to be kind of guy who can take care of himself and is not another pushover kid living at not-his-mom and not-his-sister.

Gameplay-wise most of it is point-and-click and unlocking scenes depends on clicking the right dialogue option. As of now the story is very railroaded and there isn't much to do besides following the quests. I'm under the impression that the final product will be a lot more ambitious so I'll be waiting for that!

My rating would be 4.5 stars and I'm gonna give 5 to push the average score closer to that because this game deserves it.

Cheesy story but best porn game at the moment on F95... by far! Definitely worth following and really interested where this story goes in the near future. Some elements in the dialogue part need polishing but all in all very sexy experience and nice point and click mechanic that feels very nostalgic for older gamers. Excellent!
