Recommending The Nopan/Going Commando Recommendation Thread

I'm a massive fan of games where you can go commando and have it reflect in the game; I couldn't find any repository for all such games, so I'll make one (suggestions are accepted and encouraged).

Rules for inclusion:
1. It must be the Player Character who goes commando, ideally through player choice (forced nopan is accepted).
2. Being nopan must change something in-game, such as character interactions, dialogue, events, gameplay, etc.
3. Not be a Futanari-only game.
4. Not have forced NTR.

Glossary: (f) Female protag only; (m) Male protag only; (p/d) Protag gender is player-determined; (bt) Protag has F-Cup or above breasts; (ntr) Game has NTR; (n/p) Game I haven't personally played; (vn) Game is a visual novel

The Games:

• Third Crisis - (f) Can go commando from the beginning, changes a handful of interactions (that I know of).
• Virgin's Protection Magic - (f) Can go commando outside of town from the start, must raise lewdness level to do it in town, changes a good amount of scenes/interactions; really good story, too.
• Degrees of Lewdity - (p/d) Can go commando from the start, changes a ton of stuff, adds new interactions, you can even make one character go commando; one of the best games for this
• Course of Temptation - (p/d) can go nopan from the start, adds and changes a ton of interactions; it's kinda like DoL but in a university
• Deluded - (f) Nopan from the start, changes a good amount of interactions/scenes so far (game is under development); I'm really excited for this one
• The Fixer - (f) Nopan from the start, changes a good amount of stuff so far (game is also in dev); this one's fantastic
• Female Agent - (f) Can only go commando on select instances, doesn't seem to change much;
• Lust Doll Plus - (p/d) Can do it from the start, doesn't seem to change anything.
