I may seem dumb but as English is not my born language I prefer asking so that's clear for me. I read that the next update is final. Does that mean that it's the conclusion of the story ? Or just that we come to the end of this update and the story will go on with more updates in the future ?

It was the final update message before the next release.

I don't think this update will be the conclusion of the story, as there are too many plot strands and progressions for one update to wrap them all up (Bruce/Morgan/Innana/Kitty's/Missing Girl/Jessie Subway/Arnold/Polly webcamming/Doug/Sky/Knockers new uniforms etc.): only 2 plot arcs are completed (Dixon Training and Donnie).

Each release comes with a save at the end of the previous release - so you will have one to play from when v0.93 comes out.

It's a not bad update, but I have one question. Does anyone know if everything is okay with the dev ? It's just that in 10-11 months, this amount of content is strange (to me, it's monstrously small for such a long period).

it's somewhat similiar in content to all the other updates. The biggest caveat here to me is the IA animations, most of them look uncanny with faces drastically different than the 3d models.
