I don't mind at all. In fact, thank you for asking.

There are a few major differences, and they are as follows:

  1. The game will include ONLY Book I
  2. The whole game will be fully illustrated, including chapter 5 (that's more than 200 illustrations).
  3. As per the new Steam guidelines, all incest content has been (sadly) removed. The world building has been reelaborated so that Elifael, Nefail, Synafae and Sipriina would no longer be blood related. I did leave in all the sex with monsters and centaurs, hopefully I'll get away with that.
  4. Soundtrack, UI, and all that has been polished to dare I say perfection.
  5. Bonus images have been added to all chapters.
Is it worth getting the Steam version if you already played the game here on F95? I would argue yes, with some caveats. It will take some time for me to prepare the uncut version with all the illustrations in, so you will have a fair amount of content not (yet) available off-platform. Also, consider that buying the game and leaving a positive review will be a HUGE help for me and all my collaborators. Everything that helps me win the algorithm lottery will be a boost for my future projects.

Hi, I just wanted to say that I got the game on Steam and will be looking forward to this patch! You've all done such a terrific job with this game and it is a shame that Steam guidelines forced you to rewrite stuff. I hope you folks get to continue to make wonderful stuff like this <3

FYI the version here on f95 includes a large chunk of Book II and has almost 2-3 times the written content of the steam game albeit without the drawn images. ;)

PS: Its also written with the original relationship qualifiers between all characters, but I believe chapters 1-5 are not as polished as those of the steam game or are earlier versions with some minor plot differences story wise here and there.

oooh thanks, I actually didn't know that! Still glad to support the game then, I think I'll wait for a patch to get the best experience for Book 1, then maybe try out the remaining stuff from Book 2!

As a Syn stan from the earliest hour, the slight rewrites in the book I Steam edition really help to spice up her character and bring her more into line with her Book II self. (y)

To say nothing of acting as a more clear/less ambigious bit of forshadowing.
