This review is for version 0.5
It feels strange rating a game with such stellar visuals 3 stars, but with all the issues, I'm not sure I can justify anything higher? I'd give this a 3.5 if I could, but I'm just not sure I can give it 4 with the issues I have with it.
---
Visually, it's a gem. Very well done, only a couple faces in a scene or two, but the rest is fantastic. It's one of only a handful with a futa protagonist that I'd give a 5/5 for visuals.
---
Gameplay-wise, it's middling. The game has you do busy work by going from room to room every hour and doing the same interaction to improve attraction. You can also improve attraction by making specific dialogue choices, but they're more sparse and there's literally no need to speak positively with them that I've seen beyond the same counter.
There are unique encounters that are the ACTUAL content between the busywork filler, half of which is scripted with a pre-determined day and time anyway. This would be totally fine and actually add to the experience, if we weren't going from room to room basically waiting for them to happen. There are also some interactive elements you can find in the world which actually feel like there's a REASON to explore the rooms of the house at different times (e.g. finding your ""gilf""'s swimwear at the pool at night).

The biggest flaws (as with the majority of AVNs) come from the writing. While on the surface, it's better than the majority of AVNs on here (although, not a high bar really), there are some real hampers.
One of these is related to gameplay, which is that you make a lot of frivolous choices. In a few cases, it's because we didn't make a choice that opens up another option, but for most of them it's just either flavour text or basically the same choice. This then leads into the conversation lines that DO matter, where because the choices are written very similarly and in the SAME WAY as the flavour text, you will have to go back and forth actually seeing which conversation line is the one you actually want. This is even more 'dangerous' for people that don't want to see NTR content.

One point that i think should be made, is that this is meant to be an NTR AVN. The NTR content most definitely will put some people off, however I think the lack of signposting makes it worse because players can't properly choose. This is also compounded by the fact that these filler choices or one-choice options give each succeeding choice a perceived lower value. The more you do something, the more mundane it becomes, so having to do half a dozen meaningless and similar choices makes us dislike ALL choices more.
NTR here is technically a CHOICE, however there are many choices where (excluding a scene in the beginning) you are not given replacement content instead of the NTR stuff, but the NTR stuff is simply removed. The best example is a discussion with your gf after she calls you drunk in a club bathroom. I had two routes saved, and the NTR route had a full discussion of her talking about a man she danced with, and her fantasicising about this pervert cop. The normal route has this dialogue cut in half, removing the choices for elaboration and the fantasy scene. I think if you're personally hurt over NTR for a futa girl then I'd questoin why it's so easy for you to relate to what is essentially a fantasy gender, but I do think having NTR as technically avoidable in a largely kinetic narrative but not replacing it with anything is a poor move.

Another issue narratively is connected to the models. There are so many questions or issues that arise from SPECIFICALLY the models alone that I don't really think I've had with many other AVNs. The writer wants us to take this narrative more seriously, which benefits the aforementioned NTR, but means everything else is also under question. So, why does our mother look older than our grandmother? Why does the maid wear an anime eyepatch for no discernable reason besides a hint our grandmother is some closet weeb? Also, why and how are surgically attached horse dicks a thing? Like apparently this is in the future and they have this technology, but it's only used in very specific and convenient circumstances. Don't have a robo-butler, but they have the ability to alter only specifically the genitals of a woman to resemble a horse and nowhere else.
This dumb stuff wouldn't be an issue if, again, we aren't expected to take this world seriously. Like sure, hypersexual cop with an ungodly large dick, but then also gradual corruption of your gf, but then child pregnancy. Like this venn diagram shouldn't have this much overlap with these subjects. This isn't a humorous story, there isn't even an attempt at humor, it's solely a ridiculous porn plot that's taken very seriously by the universe it's in. The problem is, WE can't take it seriously. We see how ridiculous it is, so it's hard to blend into it when it's not in it's element of erotic discussions.

I think the biggest fault comes at doing the very cliche "shy but horny futa". I mean seriously, it's one of two futa characters they decide to make in these bloody games (the other being charismatic horny futa), and it is annoying as shit. There is nothing to our protagonist other than being shy and horny. That is all she is. Every other character is a similar porn trope. And yet, the dev keeps pretending they're something more. They do not GIVE us anything more. An easy way to figure it out is to ask "what motivates this character, what do they want". The answer for all of them is some variation of sex.
Because the MC is introverted as possible (despite everyone clearly being hypersexual), we get no real fucking choices, we get very little sex scenes that aren't just fantasies, we get no character development. If we could choose a submissive NTR route OR a dominant cuckold route, maybe that'd result in a better product, but right now we get NOTHING more than "omg, I wanna have sex so bad but I'm scaaaared".
---
Ultimately, this isn't a bad experience. But right now, with what it IS, it's only a 3/5. Good visuals, little actual sex scenes, choices that largely aren't choices, basically no character for the characters, and a heavy focus on NTR but little to replace it. Retro has talent as a dev, but they have to escape the cliches that are rampant of the genre, and unfortunately they just don't. It's a very pretty box, but a largely empty one.
