The Renaissance is a VN focused on femdom. The story is exciting, the storytelling excellent, and the visuals modern (With Raytracing) and polished. You’ll encounter a wide range of distinctive female characters, each beautiful in her own right, as well as a chauvinistic male protagonist (the player), who is soon straightened out by the women. The story essentially follows two main paths: one with the male MC and another with a developing female heroine (Dominatrix). This dual structure adds extra spice and complexity to the narrative.

What I especially value is the serious and uncompromising approach to domination. Visual novels exist to let us ignore real-world rules and boundaries and dive into fantasy. Trying to force real-life BDSM rules (like softening everything into cuddling) doesn’t work for me. Unfortunately, this happens often in other VNs or games of this type here on this site. The Renaissance succeeds in creating the illusion of authenticity while at the same time offering subtle reminders (at least in one story path) that reality is different and should be different.

If femdom isn’t your thing, you won’t enjoy this VN. But if it is, I can guarantee it’ll be worth your time. In my opinion, this is a solid 5-star rating. I’m very much looking forward to the continuation.

The MC rightly is not submissive from the get go which is going to make his inevitable fall more satisfactory. Very sexy female protagonist I expect owning several slaves and destroying them.

Top quality images, english translation not so good, with some mistakes, but you have to forgive for it. A diverse amount of fetishes and extreme cruelty, which I just hope to increase.

The graphics are nice but uneven in quality. Some LIs are well done, others much less so. Errors in the proportions
the ergonomics are basic, really simplistic.
Now let's talk about the theme: Pure and simple misogyny and not dominance for the MC who looks more like Jesus than a clever young wolf. I find it's absurdly caricatured, and it quickly becomes a drag to continue progressing through the story, even if it can improve later.
As for the female protagonist: it's totally preposterous, and once again, it's ridiculous to think or admit that totally submissive and resigned girls will become pure dominatrices to solve a problem with their totally mentally unhinged roommate. It's as stupid as can be, not even a touch of irony to make this appalling idiocy go down.
Unfortunately, this AVN has nothing to please except a few LIs to be reused elsewhere in another project. It happens to make mistakes or miss the mark, but it's better to say so right away.
Sorry to be so harsh, but this whole thing feels like it was created by a 15-year-old who's somewhat computer-savvy for kids of the same mental age looking for deviant sex.
Many talented developers today fall into this trap: under the pretext of an adult game, they descend into smut, caricature, and other very disturbing subjects, using the lame excuse that it's an AVN and therefore not reality! This is obviously a gross and serious mistake!
I'm giving it a 2 for the work started, that's all.

Another Femdom game where description says that you can be either a sub or trying to dominate, but where you are always playing as a jerk if you just didn't wanna play the slave path.

Graphics and story are cool tho.

Keep up the work and do only a femdom game, because it seems to be only that.

Great Femdom game. I like the progression of things, especially with Bianca and Megan. The main character is different from the other 2 games where he starts of as very dominant and slowly turns into a sub. I didn't like the scenario with Lana, but I guess it was a plot progression tool for Megan. Besides that, I think the game is excellent for femdom lovers. Definitely recommend playing it and trying it out for yourself.

It's a Femdom game, so avoid if u not into Female Domination, face models are passable, I like the girl protagonist POV, it's really fun playing as her, but the guy story line is kinda boring and predictable. There are choices but doesn't branch out enough, I was going to give 3 but the girl POV save it imo, there are a few sound effects that used effectively. In general, I wish for more choices and more girl POV. There aren't many games where u get to play as the girl dom!

This is the best Miron game already by far. While the story takes a while to get going, everything is needed. It's a thick plot and every sentence carries some weight into the story, so if you don't like plot heavy games, this is definitely not for you. I'm a big fan of femdom games and the current canonical path is absolutely perfect, but this is the FIRST time that I am genuinely curious about the "turning tables" path that is teased (in development) in the middle of the current version (0.15). I haven't played with the female perspective on and I found all the twists amazing as I go in blind with my character.

This is honestly shaping up to be one of the greatest femdom story out there. The characters make sense, the visuals are stunning and the mental games are top notch. Granted, there aren't a lot of direct (or lewd) femdom scenes as of yet but the SFW power play present in this game is phenomenal. More games should go deep into the mind games like this one.

So I recommend this game to anyone who might be looking for: deep lore, interesting characters, extensive and heavy mind games and power play, and tasteful visuals.

About the MC being a Patrick Bateman wannabe (but actually hitting that Andrew Tate-fan beta incel vibes), I don't mind it. It was painful to watch and some choices were horrible to pick from but the rest of game actually made it bearable. And I understand where his behavior could lead to in a femdom story like this one. If you're a fan of this type of game but you're worried about this aspect, I really recommend you try to overlook it just this once.

I would give it a 3-star rating, even without having played the entire game, and I believe it would be unfair to give it a lower rating. However, I am displeased with what I have seen so far, especially the excessive narrations. In my opinion, the author did not manage to direct the story well. Positive points: the models are good, although I don't consider them great, as I have seen better ones. They don't come close to the best model I've ever seen, but they're not ugly either. Therefore, I consider it fair to give 3 stars.

WOAH! This is a fantastic game. I actually feel it is better than the previous ones. The girls look amazing, and the fact that the story is being built up more before immediate action is great. I also really like the growing horror of the MC and how he DOES NOT want to submit, but he's being drawn into a web he can't escape. 10/10!!

Just can't enjoy playing a moronic character, even in a lewd game. The main character is presented as a bad-womanizer dude, but looks more like a bitch boy.

The fact that you get spoon feed the MC thought then asked to make chices as if you where the MC is just lazy writing.

Awesome start to a game, everything is set so well for progress into female domination. I love the story so far, it's nice to see a fresh take on this.

Another Excellent game by this developer. I am looking for more games like it. Graphics are very good and the story is mind blowing. I will give this game 7 out of 10. Looking forward for the next episode. More content is required in this beautiful game.

Obviously this is an xtreme femdom game, I'm not really into that but not triggered by it either. The preview pics are mostly from non-femdom h-scenes which is what got me wondering why they're included in this genre.

So the plot is that the PC is a corporate playboy asshole who really just comes off like an Andrew Tate incel. And then he meets his match in an implausibly domineering and powerful woman who becomes his boss and pisses him off. Basically it's a gender-swapped Taming of the Shrew that's setting up femdom stuff later on but right now most of the sex is actually vanilla. Writing/plot ain't the central attraction for me as you can tell but it's technically competent at least. Also way too many subplots and side characters.

Btw the femdom that's being set up here is supposed to be irl not roleplay, and occurs in a corporate environment. "Give in to your superiors" kinda thing. But the supposedly domineering and powerful women and men don't really act like what they're supposed to be. More school bully (and male school bully at that), less corporate mogul.

So why didn't I give it 1 star? Despite issues with the writing* there is a strong, consistent sense of nihilism and inevitability in the story which I found fresh and interesting. Usually with femdom games it's like choose this agree to that and customise your porno gaem experience. Here you know the PC's fucked no matter what he does. Very Dostoevskian, and judging by the option to choose Russian or English text, not entirely accidental. Whoever made this is fuelled by pure uncut ex- Warsaw Pact death drive and I may well check back sometime to read the finished product if this is seen through to the end.

*The dev is probably ESL so it's understandable but issues pertain to plot and characters rather than fluency.
