I haven’t played the original so I will rate it as its own game. Character models are good, animations are good, writing is good enough and the sound effects are well placed. The only issue I have is that the story seems to time skip around basically scene to scene with just enough set up to make the scenes make sense, but a visual novel isn’t just scenes, its also character building and everyday life moments, which seem to be cut super short here.

No silly censorship patches, no dumb side chicks that no one cares about. Just a simple and straightforward incest story with a mom and her biological son, with very taboo dialogue. Put on your suspension of disbelief glasses, and you won't care about anything other than a single mother falling in mad love with her horny and confused teenage boy.
