Regardless of a request, I still firmly believe the "Impressions" system should be a separate optional mod. Some of us like things more basic. For example... I really liked the Basemental mod. That is until it became overly complicated and made using it more of a chore than fun. Used to be, you didn't have to go hunt customers, they were just there. Now it's like a job and I'm this close to deleting it... I don't want this to happen to WW. Adding too much to it will destroy it. I think the quest for the almighty Patreon dollar has made some of these creators lose focus on what's important... the mods themselves.

I get your point, but replacing one crappy system with another isn't the solution. I want a sex mod, not a morality system.
Nothing has been replaced though. The thing you were complaining about is entirely a part of the game and has nothing to do with the new things WW added.

This impressions system came out of left field. I kind of get periods since it ties into pregnancy which is a consequence of sex which is the whole point of the mod in the first place, so it makes sense, little over detailed but it fits the theme. Impressions though? As it is now it just feels like filler. I am interested in seeing how the upcoming attraction and reputation system fit in but unless autonomy is changed I can't see it really changing how sims interact with one another as far as woohoo is concerned.

Hopefully it ends up being more than "if this sim likes x and you have x you get a +5 to all relationship scores" or worse all it does is give more mood changes like the game doesn't make your sims bipolar enough as it is.
Speaking of filler, Its been two years since wickedwhims came out and its still lacking essential features typical of porn games such as Illusion's ones.

An user friendly and ready to use interface to move/rotate your characters on the X Y Z axis (commands that have been made available through console since WW launched, but are way too clunky to use frequently right now).

A way to speed up or slow down animations during sex, there are so many that could use some speed variation to enjoy them in a different way everytime.

For those wondering, i've asked about these features already more than two years ago (when WW first came out) on the loverslab forum and through PM.
The answer known to everyone by now was: "I will do it, but its not my priority right now" though i'm really confused at this point about his priorities...

I am sorry but you do realize this is a mod and your asking for the mod to come up with a entire new GUI from what the game actually uses.

Its still The Sims 4, its not going to change from that and all the limitations the game engine have, you might as well ask for real time tree growing or weather being syched to your geolocation weather, the reason those are "clunky" is because the GUI was never designed to function that way and the fact nobody have managed to change GUI should be telling, even the whole "set up parts" is a obvious hammered in cheat-hack because the system wasnt set up for that so you have to make goes around that sure, are ugly but are functional because simply put, good luck trying to make that work pretty and all with a GUI in CAS.

Honestly though, even if we take the wholesome view that he is trying his golly gosh darn best the project is scattershot. You can tell that his original vision for the mod has been dramatically surpassed, and now all the new ideas come from the people that no doubt spam the hell out of PMs and donations.

Having followed both wicked whims and basemental drugs since their debuts it seems to me that the current state of affairs has multiple causes. Does anybody remember the first versions of either of these mods? They barely functioned, if at all. The modders are learning as they go, which wouldn't be bad if they weren't building ever expanding platforms for other functions. The more they tack on, the more they stray from both the original, "clean" idea and the shit they understand how to do. TD might be making $15k a month but if he's not not totally passionate about the thing he is adding, AND its a complicated thing...the foot dragging seems inevitable.

WickedWhims should have separate modules going forward, it only makes sense to me both as a player and a potential beta tester. Hell, maybe then he can get a side ho working on the stuff many people want.

I don't know if this is a WW thing or a Sims thing, but my sims spend an awfully lot of time at work. They go to work at their normal times, but when time for work to end, they are still there and stay sometimes til early morning, one even stayed 2 days and came home in their 2nd trimester. Is there a glitch in the game or could a mod be causing it?

Never said it was easy or doable, nor do I know any of the technical details behind such process, though if Turbo really was aware of such limitations, why answering with a copy-pasta "I will do it eventually" to most suggestions on his pm or forum?

I guess he should start being more transparent about things that can be and cannot be done, instead of nicely scrubbing down potential supporters by fueling interest and anticipation for things that will never get to see the light of day, while possibly milking some of his patreons along the way with empty promises of making their requests/suggestions come true eventually.

Have you tried pausing the game when they are due to come home? Sometimes the queue of things that the game needs to execute for all sims in a zone (including NPCs) will build up and pausing the game will allow them to execute without going beyond the set time on the clock that they are supposed to happen. I often pause the game during goaled events so that a task can be registered as happening without eating up unnecessary time of the event before the next goal appears.

Personally, I'd love to see something like a fictional "Viagra" or something that makes sims' erections last beyond sex. As I can figure it would be pretty simple and a few lines of code to implement something like this in the script file. Add in some art and a couple moodlets and you'd have something kinda fun, but otherwise useless; not unlike the personality and impression system. I approached Turbo about months ago on PM through LoversLab and he suggested it was doable but he had many other things more important going on and that I should support him on Patreon to ensure my voice is heard.

I'm not a fan of abject greed, and I've publicly lamented what I saw as a descent into that abject greed for some time. I can only hope he'll improve.
