Very good game, nice renders, nice blackmail situations. Also now and then some tension is generated with heavy arguments between the NPC characters. Unlike other in*est games, there IS some interactions between the family members. At the same time I am grateful to dev that he concentrates on interesting situations for sex scenes and doesn't bore the player to death with some badly written "deep" story line, like 90% of the other devs do. When you are not good at writing really engaging stories simply don't do it. With that being said the dev did really good job on this game. For me personally the male dom route would be enough but NTR seems kinda popular nowadays. Whatever, as long as I have a choice.

Edit1: Unfortunately. I have to downrate this game from 5 to 3 because NTR and femdom has completely overtaken the majority of the content. Also the comparatively ugly Aurora get way too much many scenes. Both is against what was once questioned by the developers in a discord poll, but it seems they basically want to go NTR only in the future. A pity, because the game had a great start.

EDIT2: downrated the game von 3 to 1 now. This game has turned into a complete NTR sh1tshow and focus from wincest has almost completely moved to the two most uninteresting characters kelly and aurora (which is incredibly ugly) the gaming world has ever seen. If you are not some complete wimp NTR lover, don't touch this game.

Great Art and Sex script the story are so-so, it is a good game what I Hope this will not rush and hopefully have more content in the future since it has good scenes which I Clearly enjoyed playing, It also has choices in path corruption or love which is good since you can choose your own.

The concept of using a magic spellbook to corrupt the women in your life knowingly or unknowingly is an interesting story idea. With that said...

Cons:
1. Zero character development
2. Story is very rushed. No real plot or depth just porn.

Pros:
1. Great graphics and images
2. Great animations damn near perfect and some of the best I've seen.
3. Simple paths to follow (love, naughty, NTR) and you don't get turned around wondering what to do. Making a walkthrough almost unnecessary.
4. The gallery. It allows the gamer to see the scenes and allow you to know if you missed anything.

While the pros out number the cons I gave it only two stars because I personally put a high value on storylines. I like to connect with characters to enhance the experience. I want to feel invested in the storyline. I cant feel the love, anger, jealousy, ect when you just get introduced to the characters and suddenly are thrusted into a sex scene together. Pacing in these games is everything.

Would've appreciated more emphasis on the book from the beginning. A kid suddenly discovers a book and starts testing it on people he cares about without translating it? Then after seeing changes he just ignores it? While I know that part of the story may unfold later in the game I think it would've been better if it happened earlier rather than just pushing porn, porn, porn! I get that the sex is a big part of the game but that doesn't need to be the complete focus of it.

One of the best games i have ever played, it lucks sound but its not so much of a deal. The animations and graphics are just sooooooo good. I wish there was more games like it! I also hope it gets more updates because I want to play more of it.

If you walk into this game expecting porn and only porn then this game will be for you. If you care at all about story, decent characters and dialogue then this game will dissapoint.

Let me explain. The beginning is super rushed, MC and his friends are talking about how hot MCs mom is in the opening scene. MC reacts kinda badly but forgets about it one second later. They also find the spellbook right away and within a minute or two MC uses it on his mom. To me a good corruption game takes it's time and moves towards sexy bits, this game jumps right into it.

The game offers some great visuals so if you are only after some fap material then it might work for you. I play these games for story and setup. If you are just looking to get off then this game may be for you but in all honesty watch some real girls instead, that is my advice anyway. Saves you time because I also feel obligated to mention that this is the worst game I have played on here in terms of performance, it really eats resources to run (which is dumb for a VN) and I could hardly do anything else on my laptop while it was running.

Excellent graphics overall, although some frames have dull skin coloration. I respect the effort to differentiate the Dark/Love path. There's no mistaking what you did when end up with either the succubus or the fairy. A gallery is always a great addition, and doubles as a guide to unlock scenes. The English is still rudimentary, and the numerous misspellings and grammatical errors can distract from following the story. Normally, this prevents a 5-star rating. However....
This is one of the few games that offer totally separate plotlines, and the only one to greatly assist the player by having an 'array' to organize their save games. For example, you see the initial 10x5 pages with 12 slots each. These show as "SaveData_0_x" in the save directory. I used the 1st page for Dark path and for the 13th save hit the down arrow (SaveData_0_13). Hit the right arrow for the Kelly path (SaveData_1_x), right arrow again for Nancy (SaveData_2_x), etc. Kudos for this and by being proactive in including the Import old Saves feature for future builds, which by themselves earn this already decent game 5 stars from me.

The Spellbook fulfills what it promises, for starters, it will not bring you a deep story, from now on, the Visual Novel is sincere in that.
The Renders are great, the good animations are simple and intuitive.
The characters have enough charisma to solve a flat story (but this is not necessarily bad, is that the style does not need it!) bets on simplicity

Perhaps the complicated thing is that sometimes it is being updated and you jode them save and that does not have a gallery, so domas, the VN fulfills what it promises

I haven't played this game for a long time, and what I found now when I 've played it again was a work of excellence equal to any other game at the top of the rankings!

The game has a really good graphics and gameplay is very good. With the latest updates, many bugs were solved, also now it allows you to save the games in a much simpler way so that you can enjoy even more each moment of the game.

Nice renders... that's all for the good things.
The story lacks originality. If it's not a book, it can be a ring, a succubus, a fairy or what ever else. Well it's a fap game, originality is not a must.
The engine: I never liked Unity for VNs because most of the times I found bugs, not because of the engine though. Many people found problems with save files, as I did. And last but not least the invasive "setup" that could be avoided.

This is THE best adult game i've played , sure there may be better story in other games or music/mechanics/mini games etc but nothing compares in terms of adult scenes to this game. The models are perfect , animations flawless and visuals stunning . Pure art.

Game has an interesting concept.. but nothing super amazing.
story is ok... scenes are ok aswell. some situations happen in weird ways but overall the game is ok.

But having to install it is a con.. also, i got stuck on many scenes during animations. especially if you skip the text, is almost guaranteed that you will get stuck on some animation.

The spellbook is a great corrupton and mindcontrol game. Renders and girls are beautiful. Protag is a young male. Sex scenes are hot. The plot and the story is so fun. I'm looking forward to new updates in the future.

Excellent VN with top quality animations, renders, outfits and models. Both routes are equally interesting and exciting. Good use of language. Very hot, beautiful and sexy characters. A lot of content in an engaging plot. Initially it had significant problems with the mechanics but are almost fixed now. Paranormal is not my thing but in this game is not annoying. Reliable devs with frequent updates.

First good thing about this game is that looks kind of good and autoupdates, thats good.

The night after the guys play truth or dare Mc tells Nancy that he was jealous cause they played with her breasts. Thats not the option i picked, so he actually was the one that played with her breasts after she stormed out. the tub. The game "forgot"

Obviously the writing is not the strongest aspect of the game and the protagonist could be a person or a piece of furniture. The visuals are nothing remarkable overall, but it has some very good renders.

Last for me was"gimme ma bitches" as a love route selection option. I cant take this seriously, and i can not relate to the protagonist.

And this is the final reason why i cant keep playing after chapter 4. Theres more but i dont to write and essay.

Definetly in comparisono love route sucks, this game has to be played in the NTR route, otherwise is kind of boring. Still the mid part can be boring cause MC spends most of the time watching, but at some point it changes and offers a decetn blance between watching and participating..
Love route kills the game.

Animations get good, and Aurora is hot. some scenes are better than pthers and more imaginative, but game levaes a good aftertaste.
Dont play the love route.

Update:
After being advised by the developer themselves that the version on F95 is bugged and does not fix itself with the autoupdater, I downloaded the free Patreon version. The save function there works. For people who vehemently refuse to download anywhere but here, my old (3 star) rating remains in the spoiler. Spoiler-Spoiler and TLDR: without saving/loading the game is frustrating.

Now, the game is great. I enjoy both the NTR and Love routes, and both are entirely different from each other. I advise everyone to play both. Well, take care with NTR if you're not good with it I suppose.

The online "feature" does not bother me. I have fast, uncapped internet, so the game downloading a few hundred MBs of (to me) useless data has no real downsides. There is a ton of content in the free version of the game.

As a guy who prefers playing love route, Good content according to me so far:
Kelly - Love
Aria - Love/Dom
Aurora - Love
Lucy - Love
But.. Nancy - NTR.. *crying at corner* because i prefer MC's landladies in adult games.

All compensated including small characters like aurora and lucy in a unique different way to match the content level of ntr.

Except Nancy, Nancy from love route is nowhere near to Nancy-NTR. Her scenes just look like a regular MC's landlady scenes we see in other adult landlady games. Nothing unique or interesting.

And those guys, who just not playing this games just because it has ntr tag, just try it once & decide. Love route completely looks different, which will give you good experience.

Also players who prefer MC's landladies with non-ntr route.. Let's hope for the best in future..

Exclusive Love routes reviews need to be given more as this game is unfortunately getting hate because it has "ntr". Also popular as one of the top quality NTR game but not at all popular in Non-NTR fanbase.

I still wanted to give 4 stars, but because of lack of content & uniqueness of MC's landlady character in love route, which is the best top 1 character in ntr route, the "face" image of this game. I'm only rating this 3.

Why I give full stars ? because I love the game,and I like the effort the developers are putting in the game,each update has good amount of content and good amount of time,good story and awesome graphics and the lewd scenes are amazing,they try to please everyone,their update schedules are on point,they respect their patrons they don't bullshit them they deliver right on the date they give,and the game has a nice future if it keeps going like this and I believe they will be in the top 10 in the future with such quality and effort,because effort pays very well.
