Ren'Py - The Wild Boy [v0.04] [Ethan Krautz]

First of all i want to thank the Game Dev for releasing this great game. The story was absolutely gem it hold me in my toes haha.
Pros:
1. Story was Absolute Fantastic, Addictive and Enjoyable

2. The 3dcg are pretty good for the few teasing scenes

3. The women models are just *kiss absolutely beautiful and damn how much i love hairy pussy not many devs do that at all

4. Sound is decent and you can get ocassional moan sound from the dialogue options

5. Story both has carefree and serious vibe plus it explores how a mother tries to reconnect with her son umm in a different way.

Cons:
1. MC dick is way too long but i know why it is like that

2. I found 2 to 3 lines which has few mistakes.

3. There is a line where the mother says Ethan rather than the player given name so it might be a bug or not implemented correctly( scene is : she was resting near the pool with her daughter )

I don't know why bestiality tag is there i'm not into that much probably it's the MC getting converted to Wolf but we will have to see....

Story is very imaginative and does fit well for AVN. It is kind of silly, but it fits well with overall atmosphere of lighthearted harem game. No harem tag, but it feels like one. Game is kinetic novel.

Writing is this game´s biggest problem. Characters are mostly one dimensional stereotypes. Their though process is very naive and simple minded. Some of it is explained by the backstory of the world, but it still feels like they are somewhat retarded, not adults experiencing new things. Feels like cheap porn reasoning, so makes it hard to relate.
MC also feel somewhat passive, when comparing to the women. At this moment, it´s like teens on both side trying to understand why their sexual organs are tingling. Either women abusing the MC or MC harassing women would make the setting more interesting. Or both, but not... what ever this is.

Visually game also follows same silly and exaggerated style. Love the nice details on women, like big beautiful bush on mother. Shota is rare, so big probs for trying something different. Even if MC is forced to carry that sickly mutant between his legs.
Lots of great sexy pictures give a reason to not touch skip button. Overall very enjoyable to "read".

The story idea is great and the execution is pretty good but calling it "The Wild Boy" is a little misleading as the boy in question is pretty tame, i was expecting him to be jumping all over the women like a wild animal but instead he is more like a puppy.

No sex in this version[v0.02] and no choices either.

Characters apart from the mother are pretty good but they do have exaggerated proportions so be warned if that's not your thing.

Art is well done.

For me it's an otherwise great looking game that's let down by, of all things a characters hygiene, the mothers ridiculously large pube forest(bush doesn't even begin to describe it) that could only be explained away if she was part animal(its seriously that bad), is honestly so disgusting that i wont be back to play the game again, some pubic hair is one thing but that is pubic hair fetish territory.

Hmmm... ok...
There's logic, there's porn logic, and then there is "this".

And "this" is somewhere between a story writen by a child and whatever gibberish you once wrote in your homework just to get a C+, it's so bad I couldn'turn off my suspencion of disbelief to appreciate the models at the very least.

I don't know, maybe ask any AI to help you or something while you can improve your modeling skills...

This game has a lot of potential! It has a very unique setting, I even started to pay attention to the backstory a bit, which is refreshing after encountering so many boring games.

The models are hot, especially the oldest sister and of course the mom. I like the presence of the sisters, they add a bit more life to the game, but I also like that the game made it clear that the mother is the main target - as it should be haha.

As of v0.02, there is not mutch actual action, mostly teasing (licking, smelling, grabbing, rubbing), but I think that's reasonable, the story is still in the beginning. There have been multiple hints that there might be some breastfeeding action with the mom (in the text, but also her tits with those veins obviously look like that because they are meant to produce milk) - let's hope it arrives soon.

Very interesting concept for the story and really love the no shitty grinding for the content. Love to see some lactation content too with mom and big sis. And really hope the developer doesn't abandon it 'cause it's different from such common story lines.

I went into The Wild Boy not really knowing what to expect, and after playing the latest update (v0.02), I can say this: the game’s got a killer look, a fun setup, and some great characters, but right now it’s still more of an appetizer than a full meal. If you’re here for MILFs, curvy bodies, and a lighthearted harem vibe, you’re gonna feel right at home. If you’re looking for deep story or lots of “action” already… well, you might want to give it more time to cook.

• Graphics & Models: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – The renders are seriously top-tier. The MILFs look amazing—full curves, detailed faces, nice variety. The mom character especially stands out as warm, attractive, and very much the “fantasy” type.
• Story & Setting: ⭐⭐⭐☆ – I like the idea: post-apocalyptic world, rare males, family with no male experience suddenly dealing with a wild MC. It’s different enough to catch my interest, but right now the plot feels thin and some worldbuilding could use more explanation.
• Writing & Dialogue: ⭐⭐⭐☆ – Mostly fine and easy to follow, but sometimes the wording feels clunky or unnatural. Nothing game-breaking, but a little polish would go a long way.
• Gameplay/Pacing: ⭐⭐☆☆ – This is where the early stage shows. Not much to do yet besides meet characters and get introduced to the world. No real choices or progression to sink your teeth into.
• Adult Content: ⭐⭐☆☆ – Here’s the big one: no explicit scenes yet. Plenty of eye candy and suggestive moments, but if you’re here for the full experience, you’ll be waiting a while.

What I Liked

• The female cast is gorgeous and each one has their own charm.
• The setting has room for fun, sexy situations without being too serious.
• Nice touches of humor and playful dialogue that fit the harem tone.
• Feels like the dev has a clear “fantasy” vision and is leaning into it.

What I Didn’t Like

• Very short playtime right now. Feels more like a demo.
• No payoff for all the teasing—without any sex scenes yet, the pacing might lose impatient players.
• Story logic could be clearer, especially about the world’s rules and history.
• Some body proportions are over-the-top, which might turn off players who prefer a bit more realism.

Final Thoughts
I had fun with The Wild Boy for what it is right now—a good-looking intro with a lot of potential. I’m giving it 4 stars because I’m rating the potential as much as the content, but in its current form, it’s more of a “watch this space” than a “must-play now.” If you’re okay with waiting for updates and just want to enjoy some beautiful renders and a cheeky setup, give it a try. If you’re here for deep storytelling or actual adult scenes, maybe check back in a few versions.

I also played it when 0.01 was released, but was cautious and didn't review it at the time.
Now it's 0.02, I think I can comment.

The overall style of the game is a plump style with big breasts and fat buttocks.
It will be a pleasant experience for players who like MILF.
Not suitable for players who like flat-chested little girls.

So far, every female character is a friendly family member who is horny and unsatisfied.
Have a relatively different story. but it's still a happy harem game overall.
It is a pleasant and beautiful masturbation material.
If the plot can be enriched in the future, there may be more surprises.

The only problem with the current version:
Here are no sex scenes. No vaginal, anal, or oral sex...
A bit too slow. Slow progress is a big no-no.
The level of vaginal sex content directly affects a game's final rating.

While there's still no hardcore sex content ( is keeping the players in waiting for too long), but it's getting better.
Deserves to be encouraged and discovered by more people.

The premise of the story is quite interesting, although the development of the mother and MC over the course doesn't seem very interesting. But other than that, the models are excellent, the concept is very good, and the initial version is decent. I like the idea of MC sticking his face in the asses of the women in his family, especially considering that except for his twin sister, they are all extremely hot with huge butts. I give it 5 stars for its potential, but it could be a bit 4 more for the mother's personality, which seems very artificial.

The game just started, so no real opinion can be given. That said, I gave it a 4/5 cuz I see great potential in it. Not the best potential I've seen, due to the protagonist's family genetic superiority (plot armour). But still, a great potential

I’m really impressed by The Wild Boy! The brand new story is both engaging and refreshing, drawing me right into its fascinating world. The background and lore are super interesting and add a lot of depth to the gameplay. Of course, I have to mention the character models—especially the curvy, busty, and big-ass MILFs! The design team did an outstanding job creating such attractive and memorable characters. Overall, this game is a fantastic experience for anyone who enjoys a well-crafted adult adventure. At the moment the game still has little content, but it is without a doubt one of the most promising games I have ever seen! The models of the mother, sisters and even the son are fantastic, the quality of the renders is excellent and the story is very interesting with very good touches of humor. Given what I have seen, I can say that this game has everything to become a masterpiece of the incest genre!

I think I remember the first update of this basically having nothing to it, but finally we have some content, we are properly introduced to the members of the family and the mom is exactly what you want in a mom character, warm, caring and has a fertility goddess body.

The setting seems tailor made for a sex fantasy, set in a future where men have been wiped out and women give birth through sperm banks, the protagonist is the only male past a certain age and I could feel my eyes starting to roll a little but then decided "fuck it, I'll go with it". So you end up with a family who have no dealings with males and a wild handsy protagonist whose lived in the wild and doesn't understand boundaries, a good set-up for future fun.

The dialogue's fine, which is often one of the things that make it hard to enjoy a setting with good models and premise.

You won't get much sexy time in this first update but worth trying, some efforts put into the MC's situation to get you into the setting and see the female characters, especially the mom.

I don't think you can rate a game that is months and years from being finished, but I will give it 3 stars.

Why do you ask? While the models look good, I don't agree with the plot. If you are going to make an incest game and then pick a main character that has never met his parents before the start of the game, you kinda destroy the whole taboo of incest. Yes, they are still blood related, but they are basic strangers. I don't like these plots.

The only thing worse than this is the basic plot of MC goes away for years and comes back home kinda thing that 90 procent of all incest games have.

PROS:

1. Models are pretty nice look, MILF looks mature, at least more than "non-MILFs" so thats good.
2. General renders are very nice and look good, smooth texture and world looks detailed enough to say its not completely clinical or dull.
3. Writing is straight forward and fine, you can understand it well enough not to break immersion too much. Dialogue isnt overly complex, simple but there are some grammatical errors (not that I am an expert)
4. Story and characters are not complicated or rather sophisticated. The premise is simple enough and is told well and is structured well to convey the plot and what you can expect. Its also not bloated and overloaded with pointless dialogue.
5. Story is semi-unique and has potential for sure to be interesting, even humorous if you think about it.
6. Introduction to sounds and some lewd sounds is a nice touch.
7. Some sounds but still nothing remarkable

CONS:

1. No sounds of any kind, nor any music, this is a bit disappointing.
2. MILF has knockers bigger than her head, if anyone ever needed a reduction its this one...Not sure why it HAS to be THAT fkn big, big sure but why THAT big...sigh Many of the LIs have tits the size of a beach balls or asses like a dump truck, this porn logic, bimbo shit has never had any appeal to me and I am a boob dude who likes curvaceous, so that tells you...
3. While writing is generally fine, some small errors do crop up, like "Good evening, this is Mrs. ..." reads like the person calling is telling them thats who is speaking not who they wish to speak to i.e. "Good evening, is this, Mrs... ?" Question mark. Nothing major, just a little revision needed.
4. More of the same, with poorly structured sentences and grammar e.g. "She, had nightmares again, Mom, used her magic to calm her down and took her to her bed." Using her 4x in this sentence... and that apart from a generally poorly constructed sentence where "[Name] had nightmares again, but after mom used some "magic" on her, she calmed down so I took her to bed." would have worked better I believe.
5. The world itself is not based in our reality, that much is clear as you read through the dialogue, however I feel this is jarring and weird as its not expected. I expected a realistic world, but the writer does not make it clear or set the stage at the start of the game saying "This is another reality where rules are "global" (i am paraphrasing to illustrate my meaning) and the death penalty is enforced.
6. Reference issues with MC name, mother calls him getting home by the default. Not "con" exactly, but speaks to quality, detail and dev own revision.
7. Story not explained, NOTE: I did replay this but skipped to new content, yet can't recall that an weird apocalypse happened where human males were on the endangered species lists, also it had to have happened fucken suddenly as the MC doesn't look more than 10yo...this speaks to the poor writing, story implementation and planning.
8. Very short and not much content at all, zero lewd either.

FINAL REMARKS, OPINIONS & SUGGESTIONS:

• While on the boob topic, while I do appreciate details like veins on the boobs etc, she is not exactly pale enough to really justify having that visible veins, her skin is actually nicely tanned. With the size she has, I am thinking stretch marks are probably more accurate. This is just my 2c, it does not count as a CON to this rating, just something I wanted to mention and slightly nitpick over.
• Dialogue will need some attention and need some restructuring. While the message is conveyed, it reads poorly and some sentences do not make sense e.g. "he tried to steal some chickens from those girls' farm." Makes no sense, not to me, for one, who are these girl farmers? If that is what you saying or maybe the writer just felt they needed to add more flesh to the story, in that case I suggest maybe just go with "Farmers reported theft of livestock/chickens and trackers/hunters came to inspect, found bare human foot prints which led them to a feral boy" Or something to that extent.
• An alternative to this "global" death penalty and whatever else is global or sets this reality apart from our own is to just say that in this state child kidnapping is a major offense and the penalty is a 20 year jail sentence more, death penalty? and global? Come on...
• Adding to the above, I strongly recommend the developer rephrase the dialogue or have someone rewrite it just so it makes more sense to the readers who either don't have enough context or background to this reality or better yet just keep it realistic and relevant to our reality and it will just flow more naturally.
• Back story and better introduction to why males are so rare, at least based on what the one sister was talking about. Nothing is explained and no background is built, at least from what I recall of my prologue playthrough.
• If there is going to be sex with the MC, which I believe is a strong if not definite possibility, then I would recommend updating the tags to include loli content as this MC is a kid.
• Per point above, the MC is really a young kid of no more than 12 if that. Yet the poor little bastard already has a dick bigger than his arm that somehow is hidden in his extra dimensional underwear that not even a bulged is noticed (until bath scene). This compounds the porn logic 10 fold, so if you here for anything that can stimulate your mind and visual senses...well keep looking because here is fuckol for the mind save lower IQ at the end of it and nothing for the visual because its a slow burning house fire.
• Per the age thing, I think the dev is playing on a very fine line here with underage content and F95 policies, so wont be surprised if this gets banned or dropped from F95 in the future...
• I have played all the other games on F95 from this developer and the general ratings of around 3 stars is what you can expect here also. The dev tends to lean into extremes and often buries the sexy kinkiness in absurdity or worse...pity

Since this is all fiction, you can get away with a lot, but I find the best stories are rooted in things we can relate to and understand. While the kid is one of a twin and sure lets say the both miraculously have heterochromia (different colour eyes) one having slits like a witcher/cat goes beyond a born mutation, this is mutation after the fact, that is not possible from my understanding of human mutation/evolution. I say this simply because writers should be careful not to go too overboard while trying to say within what we consider normal boundaries and realities. If you going to go crazy with magic and mutants or fantasy or sci-fi then cool, I love it, but make sure to set the stage so the player/reader knows to expect weird shit or not.

Hard to review this with so little content so I tried to pull from what was there as much as a could. Overall not a bad game so far, some work to go, but there is a lot of potential. Good luck developer.

Lets face it, this game makes no sense and if you just here to beat you meat, you wont get anything of substance, yet anyway. The story is completely bullshit and clearly fantasy, but I dislike the implementation of fantasy the way its done here, simply because its introduced as a normal world that lives by what we would consider normal rules, physics, science, religion. Yet, this story does not fit into our world setting, so it should have had a unique one created and fleshed out, instead the dev just throws the most random scenario together which clearly is focused on porn logic (only here is no porn yet). I prefer my VNs setting explained at the start so that you are not surprised by dialogue like the sister has about sperm banks, repopulating the world, the MC being to old to have survived etc. Just for context etc.

No significant if any changes that are worth mentioned even in v0.02, still not lewds really, and mother bath scene with MC...its really a blueballing event. The game still has nothing to show and for its porn logic and BS story, its surprising slow burn?

This VN is still at 3 stars and I doubt will ever be more than that, anyone giving it more is IMO not being objective enough to rate it on all valid merits and their respective quality.
