RPGM - The Wish [v0.40] [The Sex Game's Stories]

After having read the 1 star review on main page I have to laugh... While I would give this 1 star as its soo badly done I would feel bad as it is quite a good game.

For starters I've put 70 hours into this game. My first save with 60 hours got bugged to the point where trying everything wouldn't fix the issue ie I was stuck on the weekend with no way out and decided to quit, second save with a couple of hours bugged in cave while making a potion, third save I ended up cheating as I just couldn't be bothered to encounter anymore bugs.

Yes its a huge grind. Yes you have to do a lot of things 1,2,4 ,6 ,8 times which I find extremely pointless. At max it should be twice. What annoys me the most is having to find something to do everyday just to skip time as dev has this option hidden behind a paywall.


Overall though dev should take the negatives and put them into positives. People might play the game without supporting however people might want to support but find the grind a massive turn off. The grind for 1 frustrates me and have almost uninstalled a few times. To see actual action it takes time.... Too much time.

The amount of time needed for even a single character route is utterly insane
having to first earn the money which in itself is painfully slow to get equipment to survive more than three encounters in the cave or be forced to run back and forth to the doctor to even get close to having the materials for a singular corruption potion which only increments the corruption by 1 of which the character max value is 1000 meaning so much effort for 0.1% of total corruption

I think the game could use some QOL to improve the smoothness of the grind. I enjoy the feeling of working towards progress, but it seems tedious at times because the progression seems too slow in the beginning.

It did start being more manageable after getting the stats up, but the work towards it feels boring. To add transparency, I've maxed strength, int, mechanical, and have begun raising foresight (50 now) for the drop multiplier. I'm at the vine area (3rd?) and have unlocked the forge. I have used the potions at the vending, but my god, I still feel like I fight every 5 seconds of movement lol. I do like the scenes and the variety of women.

-Could add the ability to plant crops in batches or just at once if you have enough seeds and water.

-If you have the car unlocked , maybe just add a quick menu to fast travel, while still retaining the option to walk and find it as is currently.

-The dungeon feels like a slog since it only provides ingredients for potions, and then those potions need to be grinded to be effective. Maybe add some chances to drop money or gift items as well, so the dungeon can also help with improving friendship.

-Have a wait or skip time function for convenience.

-The dossier tracking could extend outside of the menu and let you know where your target is so it's easier to keep up with improving progress.

-Have a global speed multiplier to at least help carry the fighting and travel in the game a bit faster.

-Auto battle for combat if possible.

-Maybe work in the city could also provide stats

You seem to have a vision for your game, so props to you for working towards it. I enjoyed some aspects of it, and these are just suggestions. Looking forward to the complete game either way. Good luck with the development, and thanks for the work.

Grindy, repetitive gameplay that quickly becomes boring and feels like a complete waste of time. You're stuck doing the same tedious tasks over and over. Constant video freezes ruin the experience, and the saving system is clunky and frustrating. Overall, not enjoyable or worth the time.

Spend 1 hours doing chores all over the city to get some money
Realize that I can grow wheat and make bread for way much more money
Buy phone and full gear to to dungeon
Do the dungeon for 1h and realize I don't take any damage and I can't get out of it.
Remove all my gear, get killed to finally get out of the cave.

Go to the walktrough and see I need to speak to Lauren after class.
Speak to Lauren after class => +1 friendhsip
Do it for some days
Try to flirt with her => Lose 10 frienship point
try to do the same with Piper => Same

Try to craft some potion => need 100 mats
Look into the invetory => Only have about 50 mats after 2h dungeon

Realize I spend 5-6hours without seeing any sex scene of even boobs
Close the game


I mean, this game has potential, but the grind is terrible, a lot of things are very confusing, can't get a hold on how to flirt with someone.
So, yeah, maybe I'll try in some months or years.

I played this game for about 6 hours total. I really wanted to like this game because it has a lot of promise. The ideas in the game are well-conceived and it feels like the dev is trying to build something unique. But there are a few glaring problems with the game.

1) From the very start, you can see how RPG Maker is a hindrance to the game. The clunky system for naming characters and typing in relationships, the menu for selecting choices changing size depending on whether you opened the menu for the first time or are backing into it, and the text in dialogue boxes getting cut off at the ends (I played the game in English), are just a few of the ways the engine struggles against itself. Obviously RPGM was chosen for the dungeon-crawl aspect of the game, but trying to play a sandbox style dating sim in RPGM with a bunch of extra systems on top of that is super painful.

2) The grind is intolerably long. The dev's statements suggest that the grind is intentionally developed to give the player more to do to develop their character, and feel like the sex scenes are earned, but it is a slog.

3) On top of #2, what you "earn" from the grind really isn't that much. The videos are very short clips and are low-resolution. With real porn games it's always easier to just go to a porn site, but playing the game lets you take your time a bit more. But taking such a long time, for so little reward, is not worth it.

4) There is a wide variety of pornstars, but many of them are in most of the games like this. Riley Reid, Piper Perri, Lauren Phillips and Alex Tanner just to name a few. Don't get me wrong - these are sexy women, but I want variety. I get why these girls are used: the inherent problem with developing real porn games is that you need pornstars with a lot of scenes to create a lot of content. But I would be fine with less content per character in exchange for a wider variety of characters.

All of that said, I will keep an eye on this game's development and amend my review if the game changes for the better. I really want to see it improve.

Well i don't know how to mark this game. They're is a lot of thing to do in this game, a lot of things could be fun to do. But the grind make everything boring at some points. You take 5min to finish a quest who gave you nothing except a short video. You have to farm for each character corruption points, and it's not a small amount.

Something who is wierd is that for a porn game there is no real porn scene during the 2 first hours of game.

Without the porn mechanic, the game would be a good game (a bit slow but still a good rpg game). But when you search some nudity content too, it's a mess.

In my opinion there is somethings who will need a rework to get some real fun in this game:
-We should level our own corruption and after that with some action (without potion) level the corruption of girls.
-Companions need a rework, more stats. Or more elemental damage.
-The number of action to do a task, should be a reasonable amount. For exemple when you can check a girl at a specific time, one time during 1 day, that would be appreciated that you don't need to do it 15 times. 5 times would ba a reasonable amount.

This game have a great potential. But a good game isn't just base on how much hours you play on it. I still like to play this game, but i don't count the number of time i fell asleep playing at the same time.

This game is set up like a mobile FTP game with an attached random engagement dungeon crawler. Basically, it's concentrating on the mechanics to make game play be the center of this game. There is supposedly a lot of content.... I honestly wouldn't know. After 3 hours... yes hours of nothing... I gave up and manipulated the save files....... it saved me time.... but I still don't see any content. As an example: it takes 20 contacts {once a day} to unlock the next "phase". You get to see the model work out in another angle..... great. now you have to speak to her 15 times between 12 and 1 pm but not the weekends. You do that..... You get another 5 seconds of working out. Don't flirt with her now.... you'll lose affection. and have to regain those stats to continue.

This game is designed to look up and see you've just wasted 5 hours of your life until you say "screw it and just watch the movie files.... one after the other."

My advise for the programer: unless you're submitting this to tencent as demo of your ability to pace a game so you only unlock one character after 3 and a half weeks of game time or pay 20 bucks to unlock...... divide each of your required contacts by 5.

I spent over 30 hours playing this game because I know the dev is going to complain about the 1 star review and act like I didn't really play it. Don't spend this amount of time on this game, in fact do not play this at all.

There is a little bit of story at the beginning then it disappears from the game. There's no story with any of the girls either. The grind is immense and the pacing is glacial. It will take hours to even start seeing some nudity and much longer to get to actual sex. Your reward for hours of grinding boring tasks over and over and over are clips from a porn video. Just go to any porn tube site and look up the video to save yourself time.

I had high hopes for this game, but it turned out to be one of the most mind-numbing experiences I’ve ever had. The gameplay is ridiculously repetitive, forcing you to do the same tedious tasks over and over again with almost no variation. Every mission feels like a copy-paste of the last, and the lack of meaningful progression makes it even worse.


The worst part? The insane amount of grinding. You’re expected to sink in hours—no, DAYS—just to get to the so-called “good” content. But even when you finally get there, it’s just more of the same repetitive nonsense. The rewards feel meaningless because the game constantly moves the goalpost, making sure you never truly feel like you’ve achieved anything.


The developers clearly designed this game to waste as much of your time as possible, stretching out every little thing to an unbearable degree. Enemies are just damage sponges, leveling up takes forever, and the loot system is downright insulting. You either grind endlessly or fork over real money for the privilege of skipping a fraction of the monotony.


Overall, this game is nothing more than a tedious time sink with zero innovation. It’s exhausting, frustrating, and ultimately, not worth the effort. Save yourself the headache and play literally anything else.

The game has a lot of potential and currently in version 0.31 we have 32 girls and 6(camgirl) available. I am in the process of going through the game but I am already enjoying it. The game has no time limit so you can play without worrying about skipping something. By gaining a soul stone we get a helper which only requires us to gain a certain number of points to complete a mission.
Some quests are quite boring if we have to repeat them 10-20x forever seeing the same scene.
I don't know how to describe it, but it would be a good idea to change the clicking system in the videos: namely some scenes, once we have completed a certain stage, we shouldn't keep clicking on the same thing.
Example of a task: have sex with her while she is at the gym.
We go to the gym and we have to click:
Look at her - touch her - take off her bra - take off her panties - lick her - insert cock
Even though earlier tasks already included clicking these decisions.
In my opinion, here there should be an option: Fuck her and automatically shown all previous scenes. Doing the tasks from 1 girl it is easy to remember certain decisions, but at the same time doing the tasks from several makes you forget what to click on.

In my honest opinion, a lot of work went into this game, a lot of videos, characters, quests. Yes a lot of grind is there too, but im believing that producer will reduce a little in future updates . This is My first game where you have to do something more than just cliks to see something I like it and thats all

I have downloaded this game a total of 5 times and have at least 15-20 hours within the game (each time I deleted the game I had to restart progress) and this will be my final review about this game.

I used a save editor to change my stats to make the dungeon a cakewalk and the amount of time I spent within the cave was still the most I had received from the game because the entire point of doing it was to be able to farm as much droplets as possible. It took a good 2-3 hours to completely clear each and every level of the dungeon and I had pushed my strength well past the limit, I did notice the monsters varied but each level had a base of 4 which isn't bad and I have no complaints about the monster, I only have a complaint about the moves which I'm not sure at the moment if I'm even able to learn from the 4 companions I was able to get. The Companions don't help much if any at all... they usually die within the first 2-3 hits if it's anything close to boss level and the higher floors usually just one shot them regardless of the level and I was able to get the fire spirit pretty quickly given I finished the first floor or 2 quickly. The only boss that was worth mentioning was the last one and I actually like the idea of the last boss, I was confused because it wouldn't die but I realized I was attacking its's core before finishing off the other parts of it which was interesting. The alchemy is only good if you hard focus getting the mechanic skill up which I had forgotten about.

The progression in this game is the biggest glaring issue, from the very start I was feeding piper corruption potions and once I got to a specific quest that required her to have a higher corruption I was still locked out and deducted point which I understand for consequences but the only way I was able to even that deficit out was due to also cheating money to the very max so I could just force feed her juice whenever necessary to raise the love back up, I would like to add that prior to me using cheats I had attempted to play the game normally with 0 cheating and it wasn't possible. (to do in a timely manner)

This is not to send hate because I understand from my previous posts it may have seemed that way, I enjoy the concept of this game and the design but my only issue lies within the progression. Most people do not have over 20+ hours to sit within a porn game in hopes of getting a sex scene when the entire point of me downloading the game was because of the sex and I understand working towards that because as you said yourself at that point it might as well be a VN but there are ways to lessen the grind and still make it a functioning game, I've seen it done on many other games that have nearly the exact same design/concept as this.

This is my constructive criticism and and my review within this game given my experiences.

Well i'm here for a real feedback.

1.The grind is realy here but it was serverly cut since the start of the game make a 1star feed is somewhat a wrong way to help the game to gain in visibility and if you played 6h, you can have at least 1 stat (strength, intel or meca)
i have i think one of the longest try in this game with 200h i try to help him.

2.The story is somewhat out after the intro i totaly agree but with the intro you know what you have to do and if you don't want to go in the cave for reach the end it's up to you.

3. the cave my worst nightmare ^^ but like i said the dev try to reduce the difficulty like the switch in the last update (before 1area was 5 floor now it's 4 ) and you have to go on the 10th area to have "the end" i don't want to spoil what you will have it's not my role

4. the potion making is easy if you go in the cave on daily basis like i said i grow on the hardest mode and now i find it easy to have potion (any potion are easy but the corupt one are more rare it's logic)


If you have time to play i recommand to play it and not to judge to much it's a game for fap but you need some exictement before if you dont want to spend at least 20~30hours don't judge

and for the bad english like mine i tend to remind you the dev is not native if you want to realy help suggest him some changes it's more effective

There have gotta be like 20+ women, tons of systems, twelve stats, big map, 50 levels to the dungeon, tons of job options. It's genuinely impressive.

--ART/MUSIC--
Decent, simply because RPG maker has nice default assets. Some weird music choices though - the school has this RPG maker horror music that makes no sense for the setting.

---The bad----

--GAMEPLAY - RPGmaker. The most basic, stock RPG maker systems have been hammered into this game with no thought for balance or entertainment. It seems to have been forgotten that a system should be more than pressing space repeatedly to be fun. You don't even get a combat ability beyond "HIT IT" until level 6.

--THE GRIND =-
This game is made to waste your time. I've gladly played shitty HTML games where you press the same button 500 times and they pale in comparison to this slug of a game.

Here's one example: all potions require 100 monster essence. You can get this by killing monsters, which each give you ONE. So you spend 30 in game days killing monsters until you finally scrounge enough for a lockpicking potion. You mix it, wait five real world minutes for it to brew, and are rewarded with 1/100 lockpicking points.

Even the levels in the dungeon are designed to make you have to walk the longest possible distance, so you can hit as many random encounters as possible. You'll be trying to get down to floor 4 but you have to zig zag through 17 miles of slime infested passage seemingly designed like the small intestine.

--STORY--
There isn't one. It starts with a fairly detailed, poorly written intro. So you expect corny but still fun story but there just isn't one. You press the talk to woman button and get +1 friendship out of 1000. There's no teasers for what's to come, no feeling of gradual corruption or growing intimacy, just a button which raises a number and presumably a video if you get the number high enough.

The end experience is fighting a game that actively wants you to waste time, then being rewarded for your grinding with the same png of a fox ladies face you saw 6 hours ago. Maybe there's a hidden gem in this game but if you have to grind for 6+ hours to start finding the good part of a game it's not a good game. It's the video game equivalent of eating raw flour and hoping it will become a cake in your stomach. Don't play unless you hate having time to do fun things.

I'll try to be as objective as I can.
In this review I do not evaluate the technical problems I have with the game. The game is extremely laggy for me (fps in the menu go to 30 and in-game drop to 2-3 fps) I tried different tutorials (reinstalling rpgm drivers, tried different RTP, tried applying the latest nw.js...),, but nothing help (sometimes only for 1 minute and coming back on 2-3 fps). Must say its second game where I have this problem, most of rpgm games I play went smoothly (for example genesis order, last sovereign, harem in another world etc.)
- GRIND
I dont complain the grinding part (well i used save modify tool to avoid this), because the start is too slow. But the atributes is ridiculous (start with 0 - MC is uselles in all way, no strong side) maximum 100-200) in towards girls requirements
* STORY
But what I missing in this game is story, well on start is story about wish crystal and foxie dialog, but after that, only go to dungeon and thats all? I played approximately 1 hours (I would play more but the damn fps drop) and dont hit any story line, only girls discuss without text (only "1 hours later"). The story started but nothing for continuing (or I dont hit that). I think the story has potential just need better guideline for players other way is it only openworld and sometimes you hit the road.
**** GAMEPLAY
Walking, exploring and fighting is nothing new, against other rpgm games here. Later in game you can summon a companion which can help you in dungeon, how it is with skill and magic I cannot rate dont hit that in game.
*** ANIMATIONS (VIDEOS)
Well I am afraid I hit only few videos but its relatively fitting to scene in game. I think on realporn tag is relatively good video cut (sometimes I miss the sound from video). I am not big fan of realporn tag, very often the scenes have another guy and dont fit the whole game (only in case of shape/faceshifting), and author in realporn tag very often only cuts videos on parts and according to scene in game. For me is much better images/animation created by author himself (like in masterpiece "acting lesson")

Well, I dont throw this game to the junk. But it will need many story and guideline updates to be good to play. The good story line can eliminate the grind problem, because it can be designed to explain game rules, lead players what to do and gaining items for easier/smoothier gameplay. (For those who read and not only skipping text to play and wank).

This is the third time I download the game in an attempt to see if there has been any change on the horrible grinding system, usually i don't mind some grinding even if it takes hours, but man its just boring, you can spend hours killing monsters (which to a certain point just becomes repetitive) and actually not meaning much to the actual game. Honestly the worst thing a grinding game can have is a boring grind system. This is not a review as a porn game, but as a game in general, just boring.

Had to install RPGM cheat engine to try and see the Sweetie Fox scenes but even with cheats it was still grindier and jankier than the worst HTML game. A lot of work seemingly went into this but at this point it might be best to start at an earlier point in development. Too many girls without scenes. The RPG elements aren't even that bad but combine that with a weird time system and weirdly specific ways for things to trigger and you need to put in like 100 hours to get somewhere. Just play Final Fantasy and better thought out porn games in the meanwhile. I can somewhat see the vision dev has and it could become a great game but right now it feels pointless to play.

EDIT: After posting my review the dev immediately messaged me obviously appealing to my gaming competence. Like I already said repeating events multiple times a week to advance one step out of 12 for one character out of 30 is a bit bananas especially when you add systems upon that like grinding stats, killing monsters in the cave or earning money. Many of the game systems would need to be speed up as the sum of it just feels like an insane grindfest for very little reward. Especially when many of them don't interact with each other that well. In general skipping time to make an event appear is one of the main gripes I have with many games on here.

Just a little complicate to understand how it works (especially the fighting/drops/experience thing), but after that, one of the best game. Good gameplay, map and excellent videos quality and actress.

I wanted to give this game a chance I love the concept...but holy fucking shit it's highly un-enjoybable. Unless you like spending 40+hours grinding the same 2 currencies, don't even bother.

Grind, Grind,Grind,Grind,Grind = 1point out off 400
10hours in, I have close to no points in 3-4 out of the full list cause levelling most skills goes up by 1 fucking point. 2-3hours of grind for 1 fucking point...
Save your time and either wait for the full game or I don't encourage it but hack it or cheat and save yourselves hours and hours of fucking grind.
