The new release is better. In the release i played before the animations were like a movie that played and would skip to the end if you clicked to move the dialogue fwd. Now there is a continue button.
I think the sex scenes in something like this works best when the dialogue/sex talk flows along while the animations play, treating the animations more like you would a still image as opposed to something that stops the flow of the game
If that doesn't make sense, it's probably something more easily seen than explained, i can give a couple of recommendations of games that i think do it well

Sure

No More Money, Shut Up and Dance both have excellent sex scenes. The Visit is an older game, that still holds up well. It has change angle and continue buttons during scenes like this game but also integrates the dialogue pretty well. Heart Problems also integrates multiple angles and continue buttons with dialogue really well too.
