So this is a 3D version of NTR Legend essentially? The screens look nearly identical.

Edit: Also, it is not in English.
Edit 2: Nvm, it just defaults to Japanese and you have to click through to find the English setting.
Edit 3: Also the way you make money is to play the classic Snake game. When you finish the game it seems like you get a game over for the main game; you even have to select "New Game". I can see this being a point that would confuse people if they clicked "Exit". It also appears that if you run out of Stress the game controls mostly lock up. If you save, return to title, and hit continue then you can sleep to restore Stress.

Anyway, these seems like a different version of another game of the exact same premise, neighbor dude is perv, wants to hijack the wife of the dude next door. Haven't played this version, but in that version the wife comes over to clean the pervs house and he gets to work.
