I don't know where to post this but I'll start here.

I'm interested in seeing a model of Thea Lockhart, Tifa's mother. As far as I know there's nothing official (only a mention in a book, please do correct me).
I wonder if there are artists interested in conceptualizing such character. Even visualize the looks be it in 2D or 3D.

I am willing to commission an artist to make a fully rigged 3D model based on the result.

Plenty of 3d artists/animators are advertising there, you can probably find someone to make the model for you.
