At the ending where you crush the serum (high morale), Halo shows up. We know he's probably the Dreams of Desire MC. But seconds later, the Dream Monster literally materializes through the wall with its creepy grin and signature laugh.
Same face, same sound as DoD’s nightmare sequences.
I’ve scrolled through threads and haven’t seen anyone mention this specific crossover. Pretty much confirms a connected universe.
