Mystwood Manor is a managing game itself tho. Not living in a house and decorating it but planning with the girls to make customers happy.

Well, technically it fits all the criteria: mom, sister, management, same house, scenes related to decoration of that house. You never know how far the OP got in the game in the first place.
Maybe you can provide a better suggestion to OP's search request.
