Thinking about creating a VN myself and sharing it via Patreon, Subscribestar and co. , questions about what I have to take into account law wise ariseed.
That's why I would like to ask everyone who is developing a game or had personal contact with creator-law stuff for eny other reasons, what someone who has no idea about this stuff should know. (Tax, Tax Declarationn, Trade license?)
For me personally the german law is important, because that's where I live. Feel free to answer in german if explanations or terms are more complicated. I think that should be ok in this case. (If you have any knowledge about this stuff for other countries, I'm sure there are also people interested in, but maybe we should put that into different threads?)

Ich denke darüber nach ein VN zu erstellen und über Patreon, Subscribestar usw. zu vertreiben und frage mich jetzt, was ich rechtlich beachten muss.
Daher würde ich jeden, der selbst ein VN Game erstellt oder aus anderen Gründen bereits persönliche Kontaktpunkte zu dem Thema Kreative auf Patreon und co. und Rechtlichem hatte, fragen, was jemand der neu anfangen möchte zu beachten hat. (Steuern, Steuererklärung, Gewerbe usw.). Mich persönlich interessiert ausschließlich das Deutsche Gesetzt, weil ich dort lebe (Überraschung! XD)
