Review of v0.4

I tend to avoid early build reviews but I felt like there was enough here to write some form of review about it

Overall a 10/10 game with what is currently there. About two hours worth of content depending on how fast you read through it and depending if you just try one pathway or try different branches

The foundation is definitely there for this game to be continued and become a really great superhero / teenage coming of age Renpy

Basically think along the lines of Good Girl Gone Bad and Green Shadow Rachel (which first came to my mind with the preview image of the green lingerie so likely some of the inspiration for this game as well)

But yet despite being inspired by these it is its own lore and own unique thing rather than fanfic of those stories this is definitely its own unique game with its own unique characters, lore and style

In terms of h-content personally I am actually quite a fan of the whole 2D paint style especially when done to this level of detail it can be very enjoyable and arousing

The h-scenes while not many in the game yet, those that are there are very good. Each h-scene has multiple steps to the actions so its not like just boom sex and done. You have foreplay in multiple stages and sex in multiple stages

Gameplay wise there is already the beginning of a sort of branching pathway, this will become increasingly difficult to develop as the dev expands the game but hopefully they stick with it and stick with the branching pathways to add a lot of replay value to the game. As it is already you can't see all h-scenes in a single playthrough and you have to go back and pick different choices to see all h-content and this will only expand further as the dev continues each branch

When it comes to female protagonist in development Renpys this one is up there among my most looked forward not only does it have massive potential but what already is there is a definite proof of quality

I liked the game. I didn't just like it. I love games where the domesticated side wins and they really mess up the girl. We don't come across games like this very often. If you don't like it, don't play it. But for those who do like it and are like me, it's a very ideal game. It's currently in my top 10 games. I'm giving it 5 stars and I want it to move up the list.

I really enjoy the game and think it has the potential to be perfect. Here's my feedback.

What I liked:
The artwork is beautiful. The last scene in v0.3.0 was a bit dangerius, but I thought it was great. I also liked the "Ice Queen" analogy and hope to see that storyline developed more in the school scenes.

Suggestions for improvement:
The gameplay feels a bit scattered because there are too many branches, and the constant triple-choices are tiring. For instance, why should I have to pick just one of three jobs? It would be much better if I could do both, like babysitting during the week and working at the bar on the weekend. Similarly, I don't want to be forced to choose between the dad's and the brother's storylines; I want to progress with both.

If these choice mechanics are reworked in a future update, the game would be perfect.

TL;DR - Very promising start, decent pacing for a corruption game, worth a try

-The events laid out feel like there being rushed to get to end game

-The Events feel like they could use another CG or angle/step to them
-Writing errors

I have mixed feelings about the art. Its good enough, unique in terms style but its not fantastic. I think i seen one other game on here with similar style where your a female protag too (forgot name), but it dose look beginnerish.

The writing im a bit mixed on as well, its not bad. I would say its structured well but i think it just lacks polish & grammer checks. im guessing translation issues with English too.

The event ideas are pretty solid and you can see other ideas the dev has planned in the story.
My main concern with the event rushing is, and i will take the first karate scene as an example. Where the teacher is exposing her and she is immediately doing it without underwear so has her tits exposed & groped. What then happens in karate event #2. Then is 3, 4 & 5 all gonna be repeat sex scenes - (and tbh that's probably a positive for alot - i just prefer it to escalate at a better pace)

For a first project its really impressive, checks alot of the boxs for me in this early build.


Anyway, I think what's laid out for the start is done really well and if you can get past the Art i definitely recommend it.

Overall, I like the introduction. I'm not expecting an unusual, unprecedented plot.

The stripped-back comic design, and especially the protagonist is fitting and stands out from the current Ai-cg monotony.

Hmmm, it's missing a unique selling point somehow.

Family - the usual
Decisions - there are no good ones, just a choice between the lesser of two evils.
There are also some inconsistencies regarding the story. MC takes on two thugs without hesitation, but fails to smack away the hand of a groper on the bus or at school.
MC notices an attacker behind her back, but is too stupid to look around to see if there are more.
A syringe injected into his butt knocks him out immediately.

Currently worth 3 stars. If there are to be more, a little more effort needs to be put in and unknown stories just need to be reinterpreted.
I'll keep an eye on it, though, and hope for more. If only because of the female heroine.

Hmm, I'm undecided about whether it should stay at three stars or whether it deserves four stars in its current form.
The graphics are very simple, but their quality varies, making you think there are two or three artists involved.
There are logical errors in the sequence of images, for example, the fight in the marketplace. In one scene, she lost her panties, only to put them back on two frames later so that they could be taken off her.
The QT event comes as a complete surprise and is poorly implemented. Even after I knew what to expect, it took me two more attempts to complete it successfully, because you don't know exactly where to click, whether a certain key is expected, or even a key sequence is required for an evasion test.
I think it's positive that the MC is sometimes defensive (well, she was before) and can hold her own against some gropers. I also like that the male actors aren't always just the typical Japanese ugly old guys and pimply-faced fourteen-year-olds. The portfolio of diverse characters has been very good so far.
Since my English is unfortunately too poor for a fair review, I won't comment further on the text here. However, it's easy to understand even for people like me.

Ultimately, though, I'm sticking with three stars. Perhaps the illustrations so far will be revised later, because, as mentioned, the drawing style is quite different. I realize that some of this is intentional (for example, a faster fight scene), but the eyes and chin are portrayed differently too often for me.

I also think the villain is miscast. The fact that the gangster boss is also the school principal doesn't fit in my opinion. It's also not true that the boy didn't know her as an amateur martial artist. After all, they're in the same school, and a martial arts student should be known, or rather, depending on their background, girls practicing martial arts are not uncommon.
Her yellow belt already suggests 1-3 years of training, although the finger-tweaking against her master would be significantly more advanced. But that's just my applied layman's knowledge.

Some scenes aren't consistently followed up. She was groped on her first ride to school on the bus. How does she get to school after that, or home from school? She doesn't have to be groped every time, but an element is missing here to better define transitions in the locations.
Other elements could also be incorporated. She dozes off briefly, and there are panty flashes. A dog briefly sniffs her skirt. She makes way for older people or picks something up from the floor for someone.
She drives a bit with a friend, and they can gossip together.

So far, short, but good, with plenty of room for improvement.
