For Amber, is it possible for their to be a route which leads to Amber having sex with a girl? Whether it's her and the MC having a threesome or the MC just watching. I know that the routes between character aren't connected so it would be some random girl.

Actually there will be special harem events where if you reach a certain point with both of the girls you will unlock an event/route featuring both of them. This was our aim from the start, but we first want to get the normal events out of the way to a certain point before delving in to the duo events. What I can say is there will definitely be a harem route with Lily corruption and Amber but I cannot say when it will happen.

I was wondering, if that's the case then will there be any impregnation content in the game? Like the MC or Amber gets one of the girls pregnant?
Also, will there be multiple endings? Like I don't have to pursue all the girls to get the ending?

i went thru 2 events adn in both cases the animation was completely blank. even in replay
