Others Tired of Abandoned Games, Looking for Personal Game Creation

Sorry if this isn’t the best section to ask,

I’ve been feeling frustrated with all the games getting abandoned lately. It seems like some developers are either lazy or just trying to milk their audience for updates, and I find myself waiting for years or seeing my favorite games get dropped. So, I started thinking—maybe I should try my own thing. I don’t mean making a whole game, but I’d love to find an app or a way to use a model from a game to create a scene or outfit that I personally like.

I’m not an expert in this field, but I’ve gathered that it might not be feasible with Unity or RPGM games. So I'm talking about Ren'Py games,
You know, something like the Honey Select games, where I could take a model and create my own scenes. Just for personal use, of course—nothing public!

I’m kind of familiar with this stuff from modding Skyrim, haha! So if anyone can suggest some apps and explain how to extract a model, I might be able to handle the rest.

Ok, so if you want to learn how to extrapolate some of the models from a game on F95 (e.g., lets say the game is running on the HS game engine), then first things first, you will need to have the dev's permission to take an asset from their game and run your own permutation of said asset in a custom scene or whatnot. Could be considered 'Fan Art' or a 'Fan Render' in a sense.

If you need help on this, there is an existing Honey Select thread where you can post this question to get more opinions/thoughts from the HS modding community to help you with your HS scene recreation using character assets from an existing game that utilizes the HS game engine.
