I remember finding one where you start the game shipwrecked and the yacht (cruise ship?) was broken down on the beach. As you'd unlock new parts, you'd learn more parts of the story, introduced to new women and learn more about the island.
I checked here and a few other places, but "wrecked," "ship" or "shipwrecked" don't really seem to help.
