If you're making a very text-heavy game, being a full-time writer could be enough. Also, don't forget that doing the marketing and community part of your game distribution can also be pretty time consuming, and the others probably won't want to do that. However, if your making a VN, don't underestimate what you can do yourself with a few tutorials and a bunch of practice. Depending on what you want to do, you may not need to recruit other devs at all, and actually, doing a small project or two yourself will make you a much better manager because you'll have some experience and a much better idea what to expect.
