There has never been any ntr in this game, unless they added something in this update. (have yet to play it) They however talked about adding ntr in the future when they were working on the 0.3 update. But no time was given, so it could be added as a dlc once 1.0 is done, for all we know.

Have you tried with older nvidia driver versions? Keep in mind that nvidia drivers have been buggy all the year, in fact, i'm still using the version 566.36 from December 2024 since it works fine with no bugs in comparison with never ones, and this game run perfectly with it.

the issue is not your PC, it's the game itself, due to bad optimization
my PC wasn't even able to launch this game with the latest patches, but the new one kind of fixed everything
so i'd say wait for new patches and hope that they will fix the issue for your setup
