You might like a couple characters in Sister Sister Sister, game is pretty meh, but it isn't the worst thing I've played.

There's a girl in the game Chloe18 who might also interest you, though it's a female protag game, so if that turns you off then meh.

My own game also has it's share of tomboyish characters, it's also female protag, link in the signature.

Sadly, even though I like me some tomboys, that's all I can think of.

I Played Chloe and Tomboys need love. I'll check out the other three.

waifu academy has two tomboy characters. a kick-ass karate girl and a nerd-tomboy (brooke scott from life is strange). a new home, farmer's dreams, freeloading family, where the heart is, summertime saga are some of the games i have played with tomboy and/or tough girl characters. i second seraphim academy (great game otherwise too) and chloe18. checking sister sister sister now.

Whores of Thrones has a character (one of MC's daughters) who is explicitly referred to as a tomboy. Summertime Saga, Corrupted Kingdoms, and Crush Crush have biker girls one might or might not count in as well.
