[ToMT] Femdom RPGM game where sidekick dominates you in the end

A couple years back, I recall playing a game where you and a female sidekick where battling enemies. I *think* as you won battles, your sidekick partaked in some lewd activity. After defeating the final boss, I recall you having a choice to submit to your female sidekick or win. I can't for the life of me remember what it was called; does anyone remember this?
