Briefly, I stumbled upon this forum during the pandemic while searching for a carpentry software, and somehow, I ended up finding adult content instead—because, well, it's the internet. If you search long enough, you'll eventually come across porn. Every time. Interestingly, despite the incessant requests in the topics, like "I need this, I'm not going to breathe until I get it" or "how do I do such a thing, I'm sleeping on the roof and the cat's anal scene still blocked" which surprisingly are read and generally responded to this forum is surprisingly friendly and positive compared to what is on the surface of the internet. Users like Lerd0, for example, will always have some funny comment somewhere and I'm always going around to laugh at this place's broken sense of humor.
The thing is, I'm pretty new to this world, and a lot of things that are common or acceptable in the Asian gaming community seem, to put it mildly, very cultural and region-specific to me. So, if you're a foreigner like me and just want to play something without running into bizarre stuff like tentacles with eyes and tongues, demons with three penises, worms eating cute girls, husbands/boyfriends/friends conquering their loves/romantic interests and then prostituting them, for some reason forgotten by God or undiagnosed war trauma, and other oddities that seem to be an artist's way of proving they can still excite in grotesque or unfavorable contexts—these are very regional phenomena that can be quite jarring if you haven't grown up with them or developed an attachment to this medium.
If you're like me, here are my recommendations for a good time: games where you can play, have fun, and not worry about stumbling upon anything too weird unexpectedly or without looking for it. Oh, and of course, no too juvenile script with things like "Hahaha, I have braces, your dick has a magnet, I accidentally sucked you oops" which I still don't really know what to think about. It's not a list about of the best games, it's not a list of the best stories either, it's a list of good experiences in alphabetic order with notes on why I think you might like it, without revealing too much about the game. The games where I remember a specific controversy or situation that deserves mention, I will make a comment.
Q: I'm also a newcomer. What should I expect from the games here in F95 Zone? Where do you suggest starting?
