LonaRPG, because it is so dark and brutal. I love it. It has real consequences for getting captured/abused. However, I wouldn't really call it a fappable game.

1. Sex formula. amazing x-ray (honestly the best i saw so far), and great pregnancy system. not too fast, not too slow. only con, only one girl available (cute though)
2. Brothel mega corporation. cute girls. and lot of impregnations possible (husband, prostitution, womb renting..). descent creampie animations
3. nicrii stuff. be careful when you download packs, they may contain loli stuff. if you're residing in a country who punishes those, i suggest to download his/her stuff one by one. simple, yet excellent breeding mini games
4. Mudblood prologue. early development stage. but good still, with very few bugs. goblin cave breeding game. you capture, and buy elves, humans, and other furries, and breed them in the breeding room, or the bordello
5. wicked island. early beta, few bugs here and there. but descent impregnation system (human, werewolves, monsters..). with even a birth giving option. and apparently slave breeding too (not tested)

For me, I'm exclusively talking about male protagonist games where the MC has the option to attempt to knock up the women, and pregnancy is then shown in some form. Ideally repeatable, but often that's rare.

• Summertime Saga is the absolute gold standard. One of the first big games is still the best at what it does. I absolutely wish more were set up this way.
• The NLT Media games, Lust Epidemic and Treasure of Nadia, have good content as a payoff at the end. You do have to work to get there, but they're great.
• Max's Life is an absolute odyssey of porn. Five huge parts. The very, very end has a fantastic epilogue with pregnancy.
• Corrupted Kingdoms has gone way off the tracks and might be abandoned, but the earlier chapters have terrific repeatable pregnancy content. Wish it had stayed on that track, because it was great.
• The Visit is one of my favorite VN style games. Good pregnancy content as an epilogue if you make the right choices.
• Shattered Minds is still in progress, and still making adjustments to the pregnancy process, but you can knock up a lot of the different women and they then show in sexy ways. I'm interested to see how this continues.
• Porn Empire has simplistic graphics, but it offers a type of content that few others do. You can try to knock up a countless number of randomly generated women and their pregnancy shows, as well as pregnant sex content too. I'd love a version of this with modernized AI art.
• Brothel Magacorp, as Jpaul said, has some great content for this. The game unfortunately seems to be winding down before really hitting all the areas I hoped that it would.
• The Hard Way has the ability to knock up a number of women. Its great at a few things, but I really wish that it was set up better with a less wacky story.

But apparently it contains loli stuff. which can bring you serious problems where i live. and yeah brothel megacorporation development is kinda stalling right now too. it's still developped. but latest additions aren't mind blowing let's say. look like a dev who has two jobs, and is kinda overbooked or something. I could be totally wrong, but this is the feeling i had x). But a great game

I have absolutely zero interest in anything remotely loli, and there's nothing like that in Summertime at all. So that's ok on that end. The characters, despite many of them allegedly being high school students, all in their 20s or older.

There are absolutely other games on here I won't touch because of the characters, male or female, appear too young.

Brothel Maga absolutely slowed WAY down from where it was. The dev kinda ran out of steam I think. That happens a lot.

i remember why i didn't download that game. the problem was not girls but the guy tbh. it's impossible to tell if he's under 18, or over. into the doubt i prefer to restrain. I have no doubt the game is good. but here, if you're caught downloading under 18 stuff even if cartoons, you can have really serious problems

forgot the excellent JK molester train seeding uncle. the grinding is good, but can be harsh if you don't know what to do. i recommend using a save if you're struggling too much
