No, but I recommend using the cheats to save yourself some time. You have a bit of grind if you don't.
I don't think so... To change the relationships, you can use the book on a pedestal in your room...

“it said” not "to put another code for incest", but simply “Insert premium code”. This input field does not understand any letters, so you just need to insert this number into Code field and press ActivateMany quests do not start and progress cannot be increased. Maybe there is a full save?
