First you need to complete all the three options that you have shown in the picture. Then you will have to submit to her through the talk option. Once that is done, you will get the options that I have shown after interacting with the boots.
Also if anyone can tell me how to unlock the other three, it will be helpful. I have tried losing to her several times but nothing happens, I get the same Submit and Plead(to skip) option.

I'm really lost right now. I've tried all i could to open this menu but it still won't open. I did every puppy gear scene, every lesson, every offer, and every serve scenes. I talked to her, but nothing happened. When i interact with the boots nothing is happening either.
Are you playing ToT 1.16.0 too ?

You can get it from Scarlett after beating her once. You can also purchase it I believe from the dude on Yvonne's floor.
