Town of Lust or Zombie's Retreat?

I'm going to play both.
I want to know which one to play first since they are in the same universe so I want to get the best experience without spoiling anything.
There also this Zombie's Life game i want to play, so should I play this first?
In what order should I play them?

the stories have no relation to each other. as far as i know, there might be just cross-references. imo Zombie's Retreat is more fun to play. also Scarlett Ann's art work

I played them all, and just replayed Town of Passion, I liked it a lot, it's bit better than Zombie Retreat II, but that could be mostly because it's missing half the story..

I was thinking if I wanted to play Zombie Retreat I again it's been more than a year already, you convinced me to try it...
