I think Kinderfeld is still solo. He does the dev, writing, and rendering. He also has a 9-5 job. He has a couple proofreaders, but beyond that, its a 1 man band.
Don't really think so but I may be wrong, it seems a team of at least 2 from the constant using of "We" in the devlogs but that can also be the using of WE as the ILSProductions, yes Kinderfeld is who has the lead or it seems so from being them to write the dev logs but still it gives the idea of being a team of at least 2 developers. I have the idea of remembering something more detailed about another dev but I searched by "dev log" on this thread but didn't saw (reading really fast each one) anything more detailed about another person, just the constant use of "We". Maybe it was on the TID game thread I saw.

He has said that he does that to sound more professional. I am not part of ILS, but I wrote the walkthrough for N&T and started it (until he took over) for TiD. He writes the one for Toxicity (I offered). I can ask him, but I think there are just two proofreaders ( I am one, I test Mac and Linux, there is another who does the rest of the testing).

Thanks for this information (y). I wasn't sure because memories at my age get confusing, specially with how many games I play and all lol most are solo devs and a few are teams, but the use of "we" I inferred that it was more than 1 hehe but I always thought that could also be "we" as the ILSProductions company in a professional use as you mentioned.

"Or the dev is just trying to make do with what they have available", when they (the dev) absolutely has jackets that *aren't* hoodies available, if they can't get the hoodie's hood to work.
And then going off on a small rant about people pointing out the flaws with the game, as if this *isn't* a forum, and as if people *can't* point out flaws with the game.
Just sayin' that caring more about the look of the hoodie than its perceived functionality vis-à-vis plot hole nitpicking is not this massive crime against narration, and obsessing over these things is very much missing the forest for the trees...

There's substantive critique, and then there's what Cinema-Sins does; and it looks like you are doing the later rather than the former. So sure, go ahead, die on that hill if you're so inclined. But just as you're very much allowed to get on your soapbox, the rest of the town square is also very much allowed to heckle you for it.

"why do I never see them looking for new footwear!?! Looting the newest nike's is essential to survival in a potentially post-apocalyptic fog zombie world"

I really like the story and I'm totally hooked by Kallie, but... honestly, the Author hasn't solved some substancial inconsistencies yet, which are:

- the food problem;
- skin, hair and eyes protection against fog;
- the "airing out" clothes problem.

Since they left the burger joint, there is no way they would have found any food at all. Period.

Secondly, they should have worn some balaclavas and ski masks. There is no way they can protect hair and eyes with what they have now. I might add that Kallie is wearing ballerina shoes.

Then, "airing out" clothes. They simply aren't able to to do it.

Lastly, as someone has already wrote, why didn't they move as soon as the fog thinned out?

Hopefully, the Author will decide that they will find more suitable masks and move to some Campus' cafeteria or so.

You, me and everyone else. Such a perfect cutie waifu.

Anyway, I don't really care about being nitpicky when it come to clothing and protection here, it's ok. But the food situation not being addressed more... feel a bit off to me too tbh. Even if the dev have clearly stated that the MC is underfed it's weird that they never really talk or show any worries about it.

They’re finding some stuff like cereal and breakfast bars but that isn’t going to keep four people going for long.

August 2025's SFW Wallpapers

This month's theme for the Public Wallpapers is art class. Credit to Numitor for the idea.

As someone who did 4+ years in art school, including more than a few life drawing/painting classes, this is probably a lot sexier than the reality. Because when you have a 50-minute class to draw someone sans clothes who looks like they'd rather be anywhere else, it gets un-sexy within seconds. And the people who usually are okay to do this aren't supermodels. They don't have to be, though. They just have to be interesting bodies.

Kallie wins as a waifu - for hotness, personality and the feasibility of a relationship after (assuming everyone survives) but Laura is definitely hot, especially for someone with a kid in Uni.

The issue of clothing and adequate fog protection is something I attribute more to the limitations of HS2. I imagine what they have is sufficient for survival, even if the renders may not look that way.

Airing out clothes isn't a major concern here; it probably causes skin irritation, but nothing life-threatening. I don't mind that it's not a more important focus.

Food will definitely be a bigger problem in the future unless they find a large batch of preserved supplies. For now, however, I don't think it's critical. They are in a dorm for four students with a kitchen, and only Shelley has been there for a while. If they have rationed properly, their supplies should last them for a bit. So, for now, I think it's fine if food isn't the main focus.

I was surprised by the student center. I've spent time on about a dozen campuses in the US and Canada and the student center or student union was always where the student life parts of campus were focused - student government, club offices, meeting rooms, lounge, cafeteria and/or cafe and/or coffee shop, a ton of vending machines, maybe a bookstore, nursing station, probably the security office (unless that was a separate building) - those kinds of things. This is more like a conference center.

Edit: Although a conference center, since it frequently has guests from off campus, should have maps of the campus.

Yeah the student center being such a bust materials wise confused me too. I went to a state university but our student center had club offices, the bookstore, a food court with multiple fast food style options, vending machines, etc.

Would have been helpful if Shelly had said "Why the fuck do you want to go to the student center, there's nothing there."

That's why we bang Laura on the side (while she is still hot), to be an emotional support in this hard days of course :whistle:
Kallie is the girl for relationship and Shelly is...well, what was she again...ah, yes, our cocksleeve :LOL:

You do you man. I mean I agree with the first 2/3 but not Shelly. I can't claim to follow the "Don't put your dick in crazy" rule. I like a bit of crazy, it's like hot sauce. But I suspect that Shelly is a bit too spicy, even if she is sorta hiding it.

Somehow - assuming they make it out of this alive - I can't imagine going up to Laura's son, who is probably 5 years younger than MC and saying "Call me Dad" :cool: ("Hey fucker, I don't care how old you are, if your Mom can call me daddy, so can you!")
