A while back, I played a game where the MC is living with a mother and daughter. The mother is a doctor at a hospital, where he starts to work too.. The upshot is he creates a Harem including the Doctors boss and if my poor memory is correct i think the receptionist too! Even a patient pretends to be asleep whilst he examines her. At the end the to women he lives with except the situation.
Any ideas what it is called!
