Seeking Trans Love Interest

Looking for VNs with a trans female love interest and for it to be the main focus rather than a side character or a character that can optionally have different genitalia but otherwise makes no light of that in the story.

There seems to be remarkably few, I've only come across:
- Apartment 69
- Fetish Locator
- Summertime Saga

Apartment 69 - is perfect for me, if only it was a VN and focused on that one character. Fetish locator and summertime saga are ok, but they are also a bit over the top and lack realism.

Anything else - I'm very much in the same boat. Family affair has a great amount of that content, and I really enjoy it, but it's more harem like and the dialogue could be a bit better. Midlife Crisis has incredible dialogue and story, but Tracy (transgender character) is only an optional side character unfortunately
