I played some time ago (this year if not last one) a Twine game where you played a (college age?) guy. Him with 3 other friends (2 girls and another guy) played what I remember as cards but could also be some kind of table top game, but it was pretty much draw a transformation or challenge in your turn and if you pass a challenge (normally against another player) you won a benefit (like being irresistable, stamina, etc) while the other player got a penalty (like being constantly aroused, being turned into x, etc). Depending on what everyone accumulated at one point you got an ending like being a couple with one of the friends, turning into a pornstar and things like that. I'm pretty sure I'm mixing it up with another one where the mother also plays, but they are pretty similar and I wouldn't mind find one, the other or both.
