I'm curious to know.
If you chose No, please write which games it doesn't apply to and why.
It took me a while but I realize I have played games with the tag which aren't gender swap.
I even have one in my signature

Not really, this is the tag definition:

• Transformation [A sequence showing a physical, biological change of some kind.]

It could be someone transforming into an animal, monster, or other being.
It could also just be someone getting bigger/smaller tits, ass, genitals etc.
And a lot more, literally any significant physical or biological change should be enough to get the tag.

Deviant Discoveries has the transformation tag because you alter the body of all girls with drugs, they all become big titted bimbos and there is no gender swap.

No, though M2F is often an option. BMO TV, for example. You can play female for a bimbofication experience, or male for sissification. Hell, the slug game in your signature has severe physical changes to the female characters without gender swap.
