Seeking Transformation Punishment

So I've been playing some transformation games recently and I wanted to know if there are any games where you would get transformed for doing something wrong. EX: if you failed a school test and every question you get wrong is 1 transformation you have to go through whether it be gender or something simple like hair color.
A game I played a while back had a mechanic like this but it was more or less just a image change with text (Who Wanna Be A Bimbo) and im looking for a more fletched out game.
If you know of any game similar to what Im looking for that would be greatly appreciated.

No Escape is mostly based on TF-on-loss scenarios. Mostly bimbo and heavy BDSM stuff rather than outright mutations though.
