Tool Translate an HTML game

I am looking for a translate an HTML game directly while I play, either with a browser, extension or others.

Does anyone have any idea how to do this?

On most HTML engines, you can easily modify the files using any text editor and then reload the game (F5) to see the changes.

That's not what I'm looking for, basically I plan to play while some third-party software translates automatically, for example when chrome translates a web page automatically.

I also have the same problem, I want to play .html game, automatically translated via google translate, but when I open the game it won't translate, the web still translates normally, can someone help me
