Translating text on images

Wondering if anyone knows of a program that can translate text on images on sites like pixiv. found a program called screen translator but its not working with anything.
Sorry if this is in the wrong thread i'm not completely used to which threads are for which things.

What you're looking for is called "OCR" which stands for Optical Character Recognition. There are a ton of ways of doing it, but I've yet to find a seamless and easy program for this that's free at least. If anyone knows one, I would love to hear about it.

Yandex works with a lot of images - usually depends on the source quality but it has helped me lot when translating russian stuff for my project
