I hope I'll be able to make myself clear
As there is no games in my native languge, I thought I could translate some of my favourite games.
However my native language uses declensions (similar to Russian), which creates problem with character's names. Names are stored in a way to allow easy renaming by player, but it also makes it impossible to keep things grammatically correct. I can see two ways to solve this (If you have any other idea please tell me ):
a) Just don't change form of names, don't use declension in relation to them, leaving them mostly grammatically incorrect but players still will be able to rename characters to their liking.
b) Turn off, entirely , possibility of renaming characters
Which one of this options you think is better? How is it solved in other translations?
