It's the translator's name (case-sensitive). It's not listed anywhere, but your first guesses when encountering a password-protected file should be the name of the uploader/translator or the name of the site.

Though let me ping Seujiro because: there's no music (for me, at least) until I delete [gloval.sav] in the savedata folder. Might be worth mentioning in the OP, since I'm sure other people will have this problem and not all of them will scroll up to find the solution.
