It's a region ban indeed Shisaye. You need to connect through a VPN and select a Japanese server to view it. Currently, DLsite has blocked a large number of titles, and they can only be accessed using a VPN (I suggest you using Urban VPN, it's a extension for chrome or opera browsers and it lets you connect to japan)

Yeah, like you said there isn't an "absolute truth" and any VPN can be selling our info even if they say they won't, but well.... humanity.. what can I say, feel free to use the one you feel more comfortable with.
And don't worry, now you know there are more titles available than what you thought (Japan and they necessity to to this from time to time blocking us the access)

You need to set your system to the Japanese locale before extracting the game. Otherwise, your computer won’t display the Japanese characters correctly. In WinRAR, you can press Ctrl + E, select Japanese as the encoding, and then extract the files.

Also, keep in mind that most Japanese games require your system to be set to Japanese locale (or use a Locale Emulator) to run properly.
