Here's a SLR MTL. It's for v1.01 (24.07.05), which is what's on A-S though already out of date. There's a little Japanese here-and-there, but I didn't want to go too deep on it and risk breaking something since again: this version is already out of date. Still, it's enough to give you a good taste of what this game has to offer. Buttons are untranslated, but you can easily click on them to find out what they do.
Extract the patch to the game's main folder (where the exe is) and overwrite files when prompted.
