It's using nw.js and Chromium browser. (Similar to electron app)
So, translate should be easy. Author just added another character recently.
I still waiting someone share 1.08 version of this game.

latest version is 1.09 now

For Future Translator:

game stage is command based,like this {"code":401,"indent":0,"parameters":["「まぁ、無理もないよね」"]}
find all code 401, then translate first parameter, I recommend write a node script using machine translate then proofread
